How the fuck does one go about this?

 

 

I been asked to book this band from scotland,

 

they want like £200/50 place to stay ect..

 

anyone know how to approach the venue?

Give them a ring, see if they have a booking agent who handles their band/event bookings.

If so see what they can do to help, if not talk to the manager, find out how much they want for the venue,

and work out how much you have to charge to cover both costs, then once you work it out give up because you will find that you also have to pay for a PA, advertising and other associated costs!

P.A is allready there with the venue,

 

 

I reckon the record company might something to advertising and the venue is self promoting eg .website/. advertising

 

So in this instance i would be the promoter allthough i dont think i get anything from it (cause they cannay lads and i wouldnt really know how to go about it)

Its fibbers,

 

 

Oasis, Muse, Kasabian, Kaiser Chiefs, Arctic Monkeys ect have played there

 

 

Possibly not the easiest place to book.

 

Plus my band are hobbie bit different, were still class like :blink:
