Help with DVD burning

ive got a few torrents downloaded into 2 divx files intended to be put on VCDs. ive then coverted them into DVD files and im left with 2 TS_Video files. Except when i burn them both onto 1 DVD only the first half plays. Im just putting each file on a different DVD at the minute but its wasting about 3gb on each DVD.

 

anyone know how i can put 2 ts_vid files on 1 DVDR?

The only thing I know is that when I had problems burning to DVD, all I started doing was saving the file as a disk image and then burning the image to DVD. If I tried to use the basic burn facility it didn't work.

 

That probably doesn't help though.

Get a copy of Nero Vision Express. Does it all for you.

Is it possible to hoy .avi files onto a disk and get them to play in a DVD player, or do i need to convert it to mpeg2 beforehand?

Gol's right you need the full version of Nero, that will structure your disc so that you have an AUDIO_TS folder and a VIDEO_TS folder, put your files in the VIDEO_TS folder and burn.
