If its a healthy tree that suddenly gets blown over you are probably okay. If its an old rotten tree thats been on the way for a while then you probably wont be. But the small print is the key. They tend not to cover wear and tear so if there are signs of it falling down before the collapse they might ask why you did nothing about it....
