The questioning of the officer and the orders given by him are not only confusing (he appears to mean walk towards me on your knees when he says crawl, etc) but also it's like he's been taught how to make sure he signs over responsibility for anything that happens to the suspect with the script he's been fed. And in that situation the aggressive and threatening nature of the instructions, man. Basically, one false move and there's a good chance I'll kill you. Imagine being half cut and following those instructions under those circumstances?
