Frankfurt were getting beat in injury time and the gaffer deliberately let the ball run, I think Abraham has seen that as disrespectful and let it boil over.

Kid Dynamite

I see the media are in uproar that Sterling has been dropped. Snowflake culture apparently

Am I alone in thinking its reasonable to drop a player for a game if he grabs a colleague by the throat unprovoked?

Think Southgate has it spot on.

He wants a disciplined culture within the team and tbh I bet Sterling has took it on the chin and understands it.

If we did something like this, we’d get some tit in a Clarence the Cross Eyed Lion costume, tripping over his tail as they bimbled around the pitch.

A 10 minute disagreement. Canny long time to be in a headlock.

Aye, but why would you give the job to Shola anyway?

I think Southgate is in the right.  He needs to establish there's no room for this and he's the boss.

Shelvey has a longstanding hip problem. Remember where you heard it first.

Maybe if he spent less time standing it would improve.

Out of nowhere interview with Phillipe Albert in the guardian... pretty good, lots on Keegan:

I also find it remarkable how down to earth he is. I mean apparently he retired, put his money away and got a normal job as a green grocer. Now he looks after horses for his wife's business and just seems happy.
