Inside 3 years he’s scored against every current PL club. There’s only two (Leeds and Luton) who he hasn’t scored against.

Out of form a little bit? Fatigued due to a lack of cover so having to play most of every game? A combination of those things?

I’ll leave that to you, you’re more well-versed in it ;)

I don't think there's anything aside from perhaps fatigue and maybe carrying a small niggle.

It's easy to lose sight that he had an absolutely mental 2-3 period where everything he touched was going in. That form was never going to be sustainable.

The media frenzy around him has weaponised him as a passive threat to teams as well. They're shit-scared to the point where they're marking him tight and leaving the door open for others around him.

I think there’s something else going on. He’s lost that explosive burst since the cup final. I wouldn’t be surprised at all if he’s managing an injury. He’d probably have been rested if we had a viable rotation option.

I was told last night, and subsequently saw it mentioned on twitter, that he is having an operation in the summer.  He hasn't looked quite right for a few weeks (but not in a disinterested way.  Quite the opposite, he looks frustrated that he isn't doing as well) so this certainly stacks up to me.

The person who told me is genuine and he has had information in the past that has been correct, and other stuff that has been wrong so I'm not saying it's 100% itk, but I can definitely believe it.

I was wondering if he doesn't thrive as well with Barnes as he does with Gordon, but if he is injured in some form then thats a better scenario. A few people are saying his head is turned but he looks angry enough when he misses that im not sure it would impact his game even if it was true.

He definitely looks pissed off when he doesn't do something well imo.  That certainly doesn't scream a player looking to be away to me.  He wanted to get the golden boot and he's not happy he's not scoring as many at the moment.  Which is a good thing in my book.

Yeah I don't see any efforts from him to engineer his way out of the club, I think he's pissed off, fatigued and possibly carrying an injury. Howe & Tindall have certainly been game managing him in recent months.

For not scoring in a game? Chicken Nonce was similar

Yeh he hasn't been his self recently, but we've had disruption in midfield and like Alex said, it's a long season, so maybe fatigue.

He was straight over to Tonali looking delighted as the first goal went in. Carrying a knock/no rest seems the likeliest thing

Arsenal defence are his bitches so only needs to at 50% this weekend

top of the class in english composition when I was a kid.

it's probably reasonable to assume both you and alex struggled a bit.

This for me.

Clearly carrying a niggle - isn't sprinting the same way with the exception on Sunday to absolutely wipe curly head twat Cockurella out.

Since Gordon's suspension/injury, he hasn't been as effective & I think that's due to Gordon taking up a lot of space and having the ability to go either way with trickery & presses so high up. Barnes is not the same player. Much more direct towards goal with intention to cut in and hit and does not press the same way.

Isak is not getting the ball anywhere near as much higher up the field and on Sunday, was dropping in deep and out wide alot of the first half hunting the ball.

The team look a little jaded in general and it's no surprise given the size of the squad. We've realistically had only 3 injuries to squad players unitl the weekend, for a few weeks anyway & unable to rotate, unlike the likes of Villa and Chelsea.

Drums home how immense we've been this season, without one of the best centre backs in the league (who's big game performances have been sublime) & provides real excitement for the summer with scope to spend and what looks like likely champions league football.

Isak is staying & we're mounting a charge next season, post acquisition of 4/5 players that can start/push for it.

Mon the pies.

DMT is probably the only gear I'd consider trying these days (or that mushroom tea shit I can't spell that has the same impact as DMT). I'd fucking love to see the cosmic serpent tbh.

Joe Rogan was big into his DMT and look what's happened there. He did a documentary about it that was on Netflix.

I'd have a shot though, aye. I'll be fucking livid if I come out of it wanting dreads though.

Has to be said Isak also had spells of not scoring at Sociedad. It’s looked to me that he was carrying a knock and being managed long before the cup final and he did 90mins at the weekend so am really not too worried tbh….

I think smoking a shit tonne of weed, being a thick cunt who thinks he's a great thinker and surrounding himself with mongs who believe the stupidest conspiracies going is what happened to Rogan more than a potent hallucinogenic tbh. In short, he was a complete fucking divvy before DMT.
