Players don't rent places themselves, the club do, so if anyone has put it back on the market it's because the club ended, or is ending, the rental. They certainly used to, the club rented my gaff through an agent 17 years ago for Wesley Ngo Baheng and his lass while I was working in Aberdeen, gaff wasn't first teamer standard btw. Agent had a few from the club come and look at it and Baheng was second viewer and wanted it. If a players in a rental it'll be through an agent but club will pay.
