I've often wondered if there is a more meaningless league table than the one above.
The only people impressed with a ref showing fewer reds and yellows than others are know-nowts acting as pundits/experts. Too many praise refs because they kept their cards in their pockets.` The ref did well by not showing a card' Bollocks i say.A yellow or red card offence should be exactly that.Too many refs cheat the smaller clubs by not showing cards when a player from a big club oversteps the mark.

This seasons `Our Ground Is Far Too Big For Us' title goes to the makems. 81.9% average capacity means the makems had the most empty seats for season 2013/14.
Do they still have plans to increase capacity to one more seat than SJP .This was Bob Murray's dream,before he was glassed by a makem in a Quayside restaurant.

We still had 18 league games to play after the Cardiff cup game so would we have taken the cup seriously if we had been 55 points above a relegation spot.

One `blue chip' signing for £10m + £50,000 a week in wages over 5 years = £ 22.5m ish.
Five cheap signing from France for £15m and £ 15,000 a week in wages for each player over 5 years = £18.75m ish.
Throw in three or four on freebies and that's close to £50m gone,mostly on shite no doubt.
Debuchy and Krul away for £10m,minus their wages ,then let next seasons relegation fight begin.

We could do with signing a decent keeper,because as you know,i told you weeks ago Krul was on his way,and thank fuck for that.Two more goals conceded at the weekend from inside the 6 yard box.Before dead balls are kicked,Krul allows his defenders ( and opposition forwards ) to run into the box into space he should be in charge of.

Didn't Cole refuse to go on stand-by before retiring from international football.Carragher,Foster and Carrick also retired from international football,then changed their minds.Carragher and Carrick were promised `games' so both came back,and played.That might be the route to take for any other disgruntled `squad' players,providing England have a weak as piss manager.
