hands were up, intent or not if i stood with my hands out wide not intending to hit the ball or moving them toward a cross thats put in, it'd be given a peno, so should that have slide tackle. never stick by the rules like refs he wasn't just stood though and "intent or not" doesn't stand up because intent is the key to the rule
