aye, they are supposed to keep you updated no matter what dodgy company they are! I have been made Redundant in the past (Voluntary Redundancy) however, they do NOT need to give you a choice and can just sack you off THE BASTARDS..BUT they need to give you sufficient notice and like what the other person said thay HAVE to keep you posted as to whats happening, when they are planning to get rid of people, have they delayed the Redundancy date etc etc... The advantage of redundancy is that you usually get a nice pay out, so enjoy it and try get another job ASAP...My redundancy pay helped me put a deposit on MY HOUSE

An Australian guy is traveling around the Greek Islands. He walks into a bar and, by chance, is served by an Australian Barmaid. As she takes his order, a Foster's, she notices his accent. Over the course of the evening they get chatting. At the end of her shift he asks if she wants to come back to his place. Although she is attracted to him she says no. nothing too serious.... when I was 13, I stuck a walkie talkie in the boot of my dads car right parked right outside my house... i was waiting patiently by the bedrooom window waiting for some one to walk past the car.. Unfortunately & eventually an old lady arrived...as soon as she got close to the car I was yelling "help! please help me! I'm stuck in the boot, HELP" so the poor lady could just hear noises from the car thinking that someone is really stuck in the car boot he he The woman looked so distressed! I felt so guilty and I ran downstairs & apologised to the poor woman...

Lifes been ok...few ups and downs in the past, Big probs = Money I think money problems are always an issue and always will be, its just one of those things...I'm managing finances a little better now... Money makes the worl go round ;-)
