  1. He never had a comeback anyway he's probably to busy playing the latest X Factor winners single
  2. I understand that mate but if he's not bothered why comment that's when I get slightly fucked off
  3. Best get JLS's greatest hits album out then
  4. I think they were half an hour late at the old Wembley stadium in 91 but on the use your illusion US tour Axl would stroll up 3 or 4 hours late totally unacceptable. How they managed to keep the audiences contained I don't know I remember an interview with Skid Rows Sebastian Bach who said their upport slot was anything from half an hour to 2 hours depending on how Axl felt. One night when Rose turned up 4 hours late & the crowd were ready to smash the place up Rose came strolling in "were have you been dude" Bach said Rose replied straight faced "watching basketball & taking a shower" grabbed his mic strolled onto the stage & blew the roof of the arena.
  5. I hear what your saying but the fact that these 2 guys have agreed to play on the same stage together is nothing short of a miracle. I saw them just starting out in 1987 for £5 on a wet November night here at Newcastle City Hall they only had downstairs open the balcony was closed. You could tell they were going to be something special. By the time the played back in the region at Gateshead Stadium they were the biggest band on the planet. I never really thought much of the band once Slash left as by then it became the Axl Rose Band. But I suppose deep down a part of me has always hoped they'd play together again it was a wild ride the first time I expect it being a lot tamer this time.

  7. We'll get a lesson in football from Arsenal a severe frashing
  8. If he gets away with this one we may as well change to an all beige kit to save on printing the black & white stripes
  9. "We are Motorhead & we play rock 'n' roll" RIP Lemmy
  10. McClaren "Attitude & performance's have been great over the last 2 games" "We are creating opportunities " He really is Cardew in disguise
  11. "> The fact that Ashley is responsible for 4 speaks volumes not only that this year is the worse by a mile.
  12. Yet again the ball was in the players court to get out of the bottom 3 & yet again they dropped a bollock. That first half looked like Everton were the only team on the pitch we redeemed ourselves a bit in the 2nd half but if we're being honest we eventually got what we deserved based on the performance (I use the term loosely). So what now WBA tomorrow then Arsenal on Saturday I reckon most of the players will be shattered after having the legs ran off them yesterday. Again the opportunity to get out of the bottom 3 will be there hopefully we'll grasp it with both hands it's doubtful I know but we can only but hope.
  13. I'm walking backwards for Xmas by The Goons seems a very apt song for the club at the minute last season we were in 8th position after 17 games with 23 points Now after appointing a new manager & spending £50 million plus we are in 17th position after 17 games with 17 points Lessons have not been learned all this spin about "progress being made" and promising "a performance to be proud of" its all bullshit we really are a rubbish team who just about held on for a draw against the worse club in the league . You can make all the excuses you want about the weather being horrendous" it was the same for both teams. Also the blame for yesterday's 2 points dropped must lie with McClaren for not starting with Perez & Mitrovic. We could have been out of the relegation area with another couple of points but now we're right back in it relying on teams around us to do worse than us so much for progress.
  14. Your right I hate the 1 up top system when we play it with Cissé I get sick & tired of him getting caught off side with a big stupid grin on his face.
  15. We definitely are in the shit there'll have been some people after the Spurs win (2 on the trot) thinking that the club was all fixed. I really wish you could have experienced "Keegan's Entertainers" what a fantastic ride that was. As long as Ashley's here there'll never be football played like that again at SJP well not in a Black & White shirt.
  16. I honestly admire your optimism mate but we're far to erratic to finish 13th
  17. Next 3 games are Everton (h) 26th Dec West Brom (a) 28th Dec Arsenal (a) 2nd Jan 3 games in 7 days I can't see this going well for us. We had a good chance of dragging ourselves out of this relegation fight yesterday instead if Swansea get 3 points against West Ham this afternoon we go into Xmas in the bottom 3. I'd hope in January we go against the current transfer policy and get some older premiership experienced players in to steady the ship & pass on their knowledge to the younger players enabling us at least to try & get to a safe place in the table. The alternative is we carry on as we are relying on other teams to do worse than us in the hope we avoid relegation.
  18. Yes definitely if Swansea beat West Ham tomorrow we're back in the bottom three
  19. We're going to get "a performance to be proud of" according to McClaren
  20. http://www.themag.co.uk/2015/12/thursday-night-steve-mcclaren-sends-another-email-newcastle-fans/ E mail from McClaren
  21. I think he should start Perez & Mitrovic against Villa couple of early goals will settle everyone down.
