He probably left 20 minutes after Rafa as he was finishing off any left pizza.

So within the space of 5 days Ashley has laughed in the face of everyone inside SJP. Then last night as he was being driven away from his meal with Rafa & the players he sticks 2 fingers up at the fans protesting. Even the most ardent fan must get it now, he doesn't give a shit about the fans. Surely the protests need ramping up now & there's enough evidence to support a boycott.

I'd imagine the free advertising is probably paying him quite well as he's got a foot in the door in the American market. Last year S.D. bought Bob's Stores & Eastern Mountain Sports (50 shops) US analysts claim its a starter pack. Now given SJP is on American TV every fortnight with the sineage as far as the eye can see i'd imagine S.D. are doing some canny business on the back of that. Also I wouldn't be surprised if the thinking behind the signings of Ki & Muto was to try & dip a toe in the Asian markets.

Ashley's conditions on opening negotiations with a potential buyer This from Sky Sports: Newcastle owner Mike Ashley has challenged anyone wanting to buy the club to show him the money. “Ashley and his representatives have never publicly named their price for the club, but it is unlikely to be sold for less than £300m. “Sky Sports News understands that aside from purchasing the club, prospective buyers must also prove they have the funds to take the club forward.” He's a cheeky bastard with that last bit... "Prospective buyers must also prove they have the funds to take the club forward"

cheers @ewerk

I'd love that to happen mate but here's the latest from Sky... One source told Sky Sports News that until Kenyon makes an offer, it is a case of “a man with no money wanting to buy a football club”.’
-
@Dr Gloom& @PaddockLad would you both support a boycott if The Magpie Group called for one.
-
My own boycott I've never been in SJP since he bought the club. I've put forward ideas to The Magpie Group. Being half paralysed I'm limited at what I can do.
-
Granted I don't go to the matches but it's not about money any more its about taking a stance against Ashley. I fucking hate him but the irony in protesting outside the ground then going in, calling him names then buying a pie & a pint at halftime. It's no wonder the smarmy bastard laughed if you could get maybe 10,000 out of the ground as a starting point i think the laughing would soon stop especially if it started to gather momentum. Btw this is not a criticism of match goers it's just an observation.
-
All of a sudden we have a prospective new buyer of the club. Is it mere coincidence that Keegans new book is released on Thursday & promises to tell what really happened between him & Ashley. It looks like more smoke & mirrors to me as Kenyon doesn't have the funds himself to buy the club & would need financial backing via a consortium
-
You must be looking at least another £50 to £100 million for premiership players if the club is to kick on.

Our physio table is in an old squash court

He laughed at everyone in the ground yesterday he doesn't give a flying fuck it's time to start staying out of the ground. Obviously your never going to get everyone out, but he's a bastard he needs that smile wiped off his face. It's time to step up & boycott the Brighton game fuck him

Here put your glasses on
-
From what I've read though the £400 million would buy you the bare bones then you'd have to upgrade the players clean up SJP & sort out the training facilities. Add it all together & you could be looking at nearer £600 or £700 million in reality, they're just guess's at values. What I'm trying to say is your probably looking at investing a lot more than £400 million to buy the club.

Rafa Benitez press conference highlights Rafa on the takeover: “I don’t know anything about it - I just concentrate on the pitch”. Benitez: “When we saw the fixtures we knew the start of the season could be tough.” On the Joselu chance: “Maybe he thought there was another player around.” On fans booing the Ritchie sub: “It’s very clear. They want to win. We want to win. We can have different opinions depending on the moment.” Benitez: “After the second goal it was clear the confidence is low. It’s something we could expect.”
-
I agree there's no goals in this team. We're stuck with Joselu up front until Rondon's fully fit what an awful thought. I'm fairly sure we'll get no joy next Saturday against Man Utd at their place, as they'll be looking to avenge today's defeat against West Ham. The scary thought is by next weekend we could be in the bottom 3 & cut adrift after just 8 games

Look at my first post loser
-
Ashley just laughed when everyone stood up he doesn't give a flying fuck. The time has come to boycott the Brighton game.

It's hard to believe but we could be cut adrift next weekend
