Looks like Man United are going for Kieran McKenna. Might work out, or he might either be a flash in the pan or discover that the job is far too big for him.

Either way I'll be sad to see Erik go.

Me too, but as shit as he is, to have this play out on Sky days before the FA Cup Final is a disgrace tbh. Sir Jim'll Fix It operates at Mike Ashley levels and the place is going to burn.

  2. Aye 8 for me as well. I predicted 6th before the season started but had I known we'd have the shit we've had to deal with I'd be saying mid-table at best.

Tremendous from Howe and the mainstays like Gordon, Bruno and Schar.

Apart from Usyk (who is 37) I think an over the hill Klitschko (who I accept was still a very good fighter), I don’t think Fury has fought anyone of note. I’m not saying he isn’t a really good heavyweight. For a bloke his size he’s very fast but for someone being talked about as an all time great then his record is less than impressive in terms of opponents. Wilders got a hell of a knockout punch on him but he’s never been a great technical boxer. I bet he never fights Joshua either. I wouldn’t be surprised if this rematch doesn’t happen too.

Since he nacked Wilder again I've thought he was back on the gear from his interviews. I think he's a better boxer than Usyk but he's self-destructive, if he stays clean I can see him knocking Usyk out in October, but aye I'll be slightly surprised if the fight even happens.

  4. It seems to have been missed that before the 12th Fury's corner were telling him to be sensible and if we wins the round then he wins the fight. About half way through it he stunned Usyk and didn't pounce. Best man on the night won but I'd ask questions there cos Usyk was clearly winning.

  5. Every time I've seen these cunts since ten Hag took over they have looked proper shite, even with the refereeing influence I cannot fathom how they finished 3rd last year and are comfortable in 8th this.

But shit like this tends to find a way of balancing the books over time.

  6. I don't know how they have the points they have and feel like every time Jimmy opens his gob it's like listening to some cunt in Tenerife. We are witnessing the fall of an empire in an hilarious way.

  7. Us beating Spurs the other week was a tactical masterclass from Howe, the downside is it's shown every other cunt how to beat them. Ange is definitely the first one sacked next season, mate.

How strange, last week on sky there was interviews with players and managers after the North London derby in the early game but this week straight after villa's match it's straight over to Anfield and catch the interviews on sky sports news....

    How Bizarre Reaction GIF

Been this way since the 80s at least.  When it all runs out in 2037, rather than talk about the title fight they'll A.I. Cilla Black sucking a Liver Bird's cock.

It's better to burn out, than fade away.

  9. I thought he'd have been a great signing the summer before last for where we were and trying to get to. Last summer it felt like things had moved on and I was pleased we didn't bite.

Klopp gone, plus Chelsea, Man Utd maybe changing manager again. If Guardiola's going that blows the top of the league open for the chaos to reign.

Arteta and Howe sharing knowing smirks as Emery and Ange persist with a suicidal high line.

    Everton relegated for financial irregularities.

    24/25 sewn up nicely.

I've sensed for a while we could have a tilt at the title next season and events of late are reinforcing my confidence. Even if Guardiola doesn't fuck off, I think we'll be in with a shout assuming Isak and Bruno feel the same way.

  12. Apart from it looking like it was written by a Thalidomide with its tongue hanging out, I'm confused by the message in the context of the bearer. It's not like he was plucked from Greenwich in his 20s like Ian Wright; the cunt played Champions League football at an age when I was scamming the further education system for grants to put me through my driving lessons.
