  1. Trust NUFC to leave us biting our nails off in a game we're not even playing in
  2. Bloody hell It seems we are destined to shred every little nerve in our body! Come on Swansea dont fook it up now!
  3. Oh yeah, no more fals hope please after the Wigan West Brom affair!
  4. Nah someone was just saying it on another thread.
  5. Just no break for us is there? So now we officially enter the relegation zone, who thinks we are still doom mongering?
  6. Heard this the last time we went down too. Wigan winning tonight is very realistic. Which means we may be in the bottom 3 by tonight. With two games to go, thats as real as it gets. I do think Norwich and Wigan have tougher asks than us, and maybe Sunderland too. So while we arent favourites to go down there is still a very very real chance. Definitely not silly to be worried anyway.
  7. Could work either way. An early goal from them and the anxiety will pour from the stands. The way we've played our last two home games Im not banking on us getting anything against Arsenal. Sunday really could be do or die.
  8. Anita and Campbell would have been better options most of us agree. Amoebi actually did manage to carve out a couple of decent chances, but on the whole he's become an absolute waste of space and its a shame we have to look to the likes of him.
  9. I said before they are due a good result, lets hope its Tuesday. Dont even care we're down to relying on other teams, just beat them ffs!
  10. So if Wigan win tomorrw now we're in the drop zone......
  11. Their next game is against Southampton. Even they could still get dragged down into this. Us, mackems, villa, wigan, norwich and southampton. What a mess
  12. West Brom got my hopes all high up too, not going to sit easy till the game's over.
  13. Lets hope so. I'll always have a soft spot for Swansea if they can get a result tomorrow
  14. The larger text will definitely help the point hit home.
  15. Agree with that. Poor lad gets not more than a couple of decent chances the whole game and more often than not sticks them in. Very little support and service into him.
  16. In all honestly he's a decent player, getting on a bit now but he was always useful on the pitch and could have provided that bit of leadership that we've seen no sign of recently. Its useful to have someone who can give the side a kick up the bollocks when they are being arseholes, its not all about technical ability, got to have the right balance.
  17. Aye he looked canny on Saturday I thought. What a difference Colo made as well, everyone seems so calm when he's around, almost like a different team. No way would we have been dumped by the mackems or scousers in that fashion had he been around. Sigh, more ifs and buts....
  18. Nobody liked it when Pardew was appointed. Last season was a pleasant suprise but I dont think anyone expected Pards to do great things here. You can say Ashley lacked the ambition to appoint someone who could take us places. But even with Pards at the helm and the squad at his disposal, you could at the very least expect a top half finish. Anything less has to be put down to the playing and coaching teams.
