After the predictable dirge that is the Embrace offering I am forced to write a proper song for the footy. And you guys can help. I need to get a website that can accept sound clips from a webcam (MSN has this feature I think...?) So here's the big idea: The song is going to be called "Get in". I want people from all over the country to shout this at the screen and I'll put all the different clips in the track for the chorus. That way, the footy fans will be on the record. Today, I'm going to write the track.....I've got a mate at Microsoft and I'm going to see if he can help with logistics....if anyone gets a good feeling off this idea and wants to help then bring it on. I'm fired up!!! I am Asprilla's foreskin.

The only similarity is that they both have pace, which certainly isn't a bad thing. 124305[/snapback] I agree that they are different types of players and it could work but I still prefer one of them with a player who can play with his back to goal, hold the ball up and present an aerial threat (I know Owen is good in the air from crosses but he isn't going to win many long balls in the air against the centre-half). Remember this and don't take things to heart. Laughing at it is the best form of defence. A sense of humour always helps. Nobody knows that more than Shearer. During his career he's had his fair share of critics... Something in him just blanks it out. Unless you have a thick skin, you're going to struggle in football. Can anyone remember Marcelino? Kick him in the shin pads and he'd be out for 6 months. Call it what you will... Only the strong survive... Champions have an inner strength....
