  1. So if I'm right in that sense, what sense exactly am I wrong Craig?
  2. You Your Evertonian is wrong, how come you always come out with these silly made up stories just to back up your own wishful thinking? The uni did a postcode survey about 8 or 9 years ago now, and it worked out that Liverpool had a higher local fanbase than Everton, not by much, but enough. There are also weak links to establishing local fanbase, like I have all my life met more reds in the city than blues. Scouse adults don't tend to wear replica shirts other than going to the match, but the kids do, and it's always been more red than blue. Also, I've been to many a function where the band playing are from outside the area, and for some reason they think they should end the night with YNWA, a local band just wouldn't do it. The amount of clapping and singing would tell you quite easily how many reds there are to blues, it's always massive. Istanbul tended to bring in more oots and oocs. Out of curiosity could you provide a source for your last 15 years and having 40 million more than Everton over that period? Not that I disbelieve you, I'm just interested. I'll get him to post his thoughts on here if you like. I don't what I would have to gain in saying that.- What, open another account? Maybe you could be blueboy or sandpiper. His your thoughts are shite, and you/he have no idea of what you're talking about. Gain? When talking about Liverpool FC you always have your own jealousy driven agenda, I find it amusing. I haven't worn a replica top since I was about 16, but every time I've been to Anfield which is a lot, you see lots of replica shirts being worn by all ages. - What has whether YOU wear a replica shirt got to do with anything? I said, other than at the match, Scouse adults don't wear replica shirts much. Anyway I was wrong our turnover must've been more than £40m more than Everton's at one point, pretty shite source this granted but it's also a true one, and if you look you'll find an official link somewhere anyway. In fact I can't even remember Everton ever being in the richlist. We were even in it in our relegation season, all I was doing was highlighting the commercial and financial difference in size between Newcastle United and Everton. http://www.xtratime.org/forum/showthread.php?t=127167 1 (1) Manchester United 175.8 (251.4) 2 (2) Juventus 152.7 (218.3) 3 (4) AC Milan 140 (200.2) 4 (6) Real Madrid 134.7 (192.6) 5 (3) Bayern Munich 113.8 (162.7) 6 (12) Inter Milan 113.6 (162.4) 7 (8) Arsenal 104.6 (149.6) 8 (5) Liverpool 104.4 (149.4) 9 (13) Newcastle 97.1 (138.9) 10 (7) Chelsea 93.6 (133.8) 11 (10) Roma 92.6 (132.4) 12 (15) Borussia Dortmund 86.7 (124.0) 13 (9) Barcelona 86.3 (123.4) 14 (n/a) Schalke 04 82.9 (118.6) 15 (16) Tottenham 66.9 (95.6) 16 (11) Leeds 64.3 (92.0) 17 (14) Lazio 62.2 (88.9) 18 (17) Celtic 60.8 (87.0) 19 (20) Olympique Lyonnais 58.9 (84.3) 20 (n/a) Valencia 56.3 (80.5). I was hoping for the 15 years you talked about. Where did I mention 15 years you disgraceful wallpushing bastard? I said we've been wealthier than them in one season for over £40m can you not read, generally it was always 20-30m but I made the point that that particular season our income would've been £10m more than normal cos of the CL. fucking hilarious. You think I'd pose as a blue dipper to annoy you PMSL mate if you died tomorrow I wouldn't notice or care, even if someone came on this board and said "see that cunt Pacino he's died" I'd think "poor cunt", and that would be it. You deluded nobhead. If they annoy you, they must talk sense whoever they are.
  3. His minute by minute derby day review is canny - http://www.nufcthreatlevel.com/ That's class.
  4. Mad looking at that now that just 8 years ago clubs like Roma, Newcastle and Liverpool were wealthier on paper than Barcelona.

  6. I think Everton are basically just facing the harsh realities of over stretching themselves. Everton fans seem to think they are maybe 6th/7th in the current pecking order, but it's all about money. Newcastle have over the last 15 years had a turnover over £40m more than Everton I think one season about 8 years ago ours was about £90m and theirs £50m much to do with the CL to be fair, but naturally because of our bigger fanbase, higher ticket prices, commercial activities etc... our natural turnover even now will be £15-£20m higher. That's us, who are absolutely shite, and it highlights the delusion of Everton fans that they think they should be competing with Liverpool who have a turnover double their size. I think Everton are the biggest victims of the modernisation of football. While many clubs have improved their fanbase, size and stature over the last 20 years, Everton's has declined to the point, where they can't even generate more money than a club who get 32,000 for their opening game like Aston Villa. The fact is Everton will just have to accept what they are till someone who is rich buys them. We are a different case to Everton in my view because we will generate the money so we're at least 7th in the turnover stakes, it's just we won't spend it. It's a horrific time to be a toon fan, lowest wage bill for 10 years and we could generate £100m just for 10/11, plus in 8 months we've brought in £48m in transfer fees it's fucking frustrating. I spoke to an Evertonian a few years ago who's my age wasn't long after Liverpool won the CL he said when he grew up in Southport and moving to Bootle it seemed everyone supported Everton, but now he says most of the kids seem to be supporting Liverpool. I'd love to say I think it's really sad, but....well I don't. Arrogant tossers the lot of them.
  7. Spend 2 minutes reading his timeline and you wanna slit ya wrists. He's going to end up like Paul Wyn. Mac was saying that potatohead has been on the dole for years. For Mac to know that he must have said it on twitter? I wouldn't slag anyone for being on the dole, but there's still jobs out there people could be doing better than spending you days doing this.... To be fair looks like he's embraced my "potatohead" tag looking at his new pic, but that looks like a potato than he does. Anyway enough bitchiness he can't help his face, but he can try and stop being a mug, either way no point in mentioning him again, just a representation of the modern face of football like 90% of nufc twitter.
  8. They all stick together the OOTs, not one person from the N.E. had a go at me for anything I said, and potatohead trying to tell me what's what about NUFC and moral fibre, from fucking Mansfield, on the dole for 3 years bragging about his degree, looks like something off a crisp advert, he can fuck off right as well. Well fuck ye then You're an OOC not an OOT there's like an embarrassing clique on there you know the sort. Never underestimate how many absolute mugs support this club. People on toontastic, the standard person we're all much of a muchness 20 to 40 typically pissheeds, very knowledgable, that bracket of toon fan accounts for no more than 1 in 10 of the support, and it shows on twitter. It's fuckin embarrassing. Little doilums calling me "arrogant"???? Me? Half of them wouldn't know their Dave Mitchell's from their Bobby Mitchell's.
  9. he's about 38. I can't remember if it was you I was discussing this last week on twitter or someone else, but he's one underrated player Phillips, underachieved and is absolutely class. Nar i think it was that @graemecole74 . I can't remember a more stylish finisher than him who is English for years, shame he never got to play at a big club. 99/00 he was unplayable.

  11. I shouldn't have said she has patches under her eyes like Dev Alahan, but she does and is an absolute mug ,you're right all I did was make the comparison and she got emotional, follow her and yous will see what I mean, the worst Newcastle fan on twitter and most of the lasses on my twitter agree, not just lads. The worst attention seeker I've ever seen on the internet, completely in love with herself etc... a total mug.
  12. I didn't lay in to him directly I just laughed at his over estimation of himself. He's an average right back who I'd be pleased to be replaced. He's also a seriously thick cunt. The Dzeko comment was laughable.
  13. The low point was surely booing our lot back onto the pitch and cheering when Coventry came back on after half time. That's what got McFaul the sack and sadly it's what they achieved. Aye In Ray Ranson's book (he wasn't even here yet) he said the funniest thing about Newcastle was some weeks the team would come out for the start of the game, and yeah he'd been booed off at various clubs, but at Newcastle they used to get booed on. The lying manc cunt. He's not from Manchester. St Helens, Merseyside Born there, raised Manchester It's all the same anyway the North West, fuckin shithole.
  14. Everyone knows they're not a big club though people who understand football history, and their support given their catchment area is pretty fucking dreadful really.
  15. The club only asked for 1300 for Wolves away too. I mean obviously we have the third largest travelling support in the country, but if we had their side at present we'd have 10000 applying for every game. In terms of away support they're probably what 8th/9th? You'd obviously put Man Utd, Liverpool and us, then Arsenal and Chelsea take more away than them, arguably Sunderland, Leeds definitely, then you'd have Everton, Villa and West Ham who are about their level.
  16. How many of their allocation have Spurs filled? All 1,829.
  17. People who don't know me have said I look as young as 25 totally clean shaven even now. However with a beard, just last week some cunt thought I was 36

  19. I usually sport up to 6 days stubble cos of someones taste (!) suits me though, but a fully grown beard, no, no, no too much ginger starts coming in, and you think oh dear. Could never have a Jeff Capes. You've got to have the right shaped face for stubble/beard or you look like a mug. Could you imagine Harry Hill with a beard for instance. Or the fish even.
  20. I went to school with him. Lived in Wallsend all his life, and lived 3 doors down from me. This photo was put up in the changing rooms at school for years. He still gets it brought up to this day, the poor cunt. quality tale. One thing that struck me about Ba when he came on on Saturday was how much he looks like Bubba off Forrest Gump. He narf does. I'd like to see Pards go back to 4 4 2 on Saturday though, and attack Fulham we can beat them, if we do it's probably our best start to a Premiership season for ten years. 1995 - 9 points from the first 3 games. Never managed more than 6 since. Stat-tacular. Was reading last night that it's the first time since 1990/91 that we've kept a clean sheet in the opening two games. Hope that's not an omen, because THAT was THE worst season I've ever had as a Newcastle fan, in fact I reckon it's the worst season in our history. Fucking hidings at home off Bristol Rovers and Notts County are still all to fresh in the memory. Aye I know. Dunno if it's the worst - 1988/89 is hard to beat on that score but it certain was the most boring one we had in my time. We did fuck all and finished in mid-table mediocrity IIRC. Highlight of the season was a game in the division above on the last day of the season when Man City sent the inbred cunts crashing back down to Div 2. At least we saw some quality games 88/89 Tottenham 2-2, Liverpool 2-2, Southampton 3-3 were all great games, it hurt going down like but that 90/91 season was THE worst I've ever seen. Quinn was at least 3 stone over weight during that season. The Spurs and Liverpool games we were massively robbed. We should have won both convincingly. The Southampton game we massively got out of jail thanks to Michael O'Neill coming on as a sub. The 3-0 loss to Coventry however was a very dark day... His last minute equaliser was class, drop of the shoulder left foot bang. 3-1 doon iirc. Listening to the highlights in the car on the way back, that jock John Cairns, he made Charles Harrison sound good. Aye that 0-3, I remember "Micky Gynn" scoring the third he was about 4ft10, that was Willie's last game straight after a 2-1 win at Anfield, was a bit harsh imo. I remember the sit down protest, what the fuck did the Gallowgate think they'd achieve by all sitting down

  23. Would you rather have Gyan or Ba? Ba is a goalscorer so Ba, Gyan plays when he wants which isn't very fuckin often, and NUFC have seen too many of that type of player in the past.
  24. I tell you what it is though, I think the mackems are in desperate need of a top striker as much as what we are.
