Think Izaguirre had one tremendous season for them and is better going forward than defending. I can't remember the last good player we got from Rangers or Celtic or any SPL team to be fair. Mark McGhee was alright like, but he was near the end of his career. So many shit ones, Boumsong, Roy Aitken was a disappointment, he just couldn't do it anymore and we paid a fortune for him. I think he was regarded as an all time legend in Scotland too.

Wanyama is good, we should keep an eye on him, very good for his age. Kris Commons isn't bad.

I'm not sure about Hooper, but he had a great game against us when we were in the Championship to be fair. I think Mulgrew has a brilliant left foot, but not too sure about him in open play. I'm not being deluded here when I say though, that Debuchy is one of the best three right backs in Europe. £6m is an absolute steal imo.

Aye when I've seen Wanyama he looks like he could develop in to a Vieira type. I'd like to see him at a proper level though. People seem to rate the lad Hooper as well, but I'm pleased we're signing people like Debuchy and Remy, with genuine proven class, many rungs up the ladder from the likes of Hooper and Mulgrew. Debuchy imo was the best RB at Euro 2012.
