  1. It would be completely mental to go into a case like that having given away everything you intend to say and do. Keegan's not a moron and I would hope he has better legal advice than that too. The only sane option for Keegan is to say nothing until it's dealt with, only a complete f*ckwit wouldn't be able to see that. Hard work, as I said, if he loved the club he wouldnt be taking this to court full stop. What would he do then? has it been confirmed or is it just rumours?
  2. Am not arsed about my ban being revoked. At 30, I'm too old for that board these days. Anyway my Shola Ebola effort, an idea inspired by Parky. Lola He's got the shittest first touch in land, I wish he'd contract swolen glands and ebooooooooola, la la la la Shola, la la la la Shola i thought you were about 50
  3. He was the Landlord at my local and this is a footy message board, not a fucking mensa test. Howay man, Teed. This isn't one of your half baked Mackem hovels you're posting on. Spelling and grammar actually count for something over here Really!!! I`ll make a point to underline all the ones I find in future.... You might want to ignore Farnie, Tron and Triggy. sorry, i will have to remember to spell check every post i make from now on
  4. pointless worrying about it. it's only a driving test, there a far more important things in life
  5. depends on location/situation. i mean't it turning red as you are right next to the lights and you are unsure if you should stop or keep going
  6. That thought did cross my mind... Ahh well, the principle's the same. Oh and Triggy, maybe I am wrong about the spicy stuff but obviously not the first-time pass argument, am i? you are right i passed first time but you are wrong about how i think i'm better than people that took longer. e.g. if a person fails because of going through a red light or something minor i wouldnt say they are a bad driver but if someone knocks a mirror off a parked car i'd say yes i am a better driver. e.g. one of my mates took 4 tests to pass and he failed one because he went up on the curb so fast the instructor made him get out to make sure he hadn't popped the tyre. so yes i would say i'm a better driver than him i think you missed my point some time ago... S'pose you've never put a foot wrong behind the wheel, have you... correct

  8. HAHAHAHA You're such a fucking marmite sailor Triggy... It'll happen Magma - someone who passes his test 3rd time around is no worse a driver than one who passed first time. Just a little more out of pocket, that's all. dont be silly. imo if he managed to fail by hitting a parked cars wing mirror he obviously isn't ready for his test yet he didn't pass though did he knob-jockey...? Triggy didn't say that Magma wasn't ready to pass, he said he wasn't ready to sit his test. Read the fucking thread properly Dave. Magma has just sat the test for the second time and failed - hence my comment about being a 'third time passer' making him no worse than a first timer.... Triggy decides that it's a silly comment to make for some reason. He's obviously a member of the "i passed first time therefore I'm a better driver' brigade - what a load of all tosh, all drivers are assesed to the same level so if you pass, you've made the grade. I bet Triggy's also one of these who reckons he's a bigger man for eating a hotter curry than the next bloke too FWIW - I passed first time before it's claimed I'm sticking up for a fellow failer. nah i dont like really spicy things so you're wrong.
  9. get rid of taylor out your avatar and you might stop being a donkey
  10. why doesn't my opinion count? because i'm a good driver and didn't fail my test?
  11. spurs fan made the thread genious ffs typo as the I is next to O tbh
  12. doesn't work aswel as stadium of shite

  16. HAHAHAHA not laughing because you failed. laughing at how you failed.
  17. I don't think so, it's just not a Keegan worship fest since he walked out. Most of those who question him at least make their case. You've never told me what he actually did wrong. Apart from refuse to continue in a club where he had NO say of needed strengthening and his best players were attempted to be sold behind his back. Other than that what did Keegan do wrong in his time in charge here? As far as I can tell nothing, and the number of current Premiership managers that would have put up with the "structure" he was being forced to work under numbers very, very few (maybe none). But yes, for those that remember him (as a NUFC player and manager he does deserve some respect and frankly some ). I didn't say he'd done anything wrong I just said that there's an alternative point of view held by some members over there (not mine necessarily). It's like some people like chips for their tea, others like Gemmill who has sensitive gums probably prefers mashed potatoes. Different strokes for different folks and all that. Yup you either love Keegan or...... you're wrong. I actually do love Keegan so I'm right anyway With Shearer though I never really got him tbh. I'm not really sure what he's done to deserve his legend status at Newcastle other than be a record signing geordie. Keegan doesn't really need to say he loves Newcastle, it's obvious. When Shearer says it, it looks like he's reading from an auto cue. he really is a smug twat IMO. With all respect. Those 206 goals perhaps? I thought we played better stuff the season before he signed. After he arrived everything seemed to centre around him and because he wasn't as quick at Newcastle the team play slowed down. The exception to this was when for a couple of seasons under Robson he had flyers like Dyer, Bellamy and Robert around him. Quick couple of points. Take Ferdinand out of the side the year before Shearer arrived and replace him with Shearer and we'd probably have won the league now. Ferdinand was class for us, don't get me wrong, but his form tailed off when it really mattered imo that season. I think Shearer was a better allround player then and mentally stronger. We might not have played as nice a brand of football the season Shearer arrived but that was because KK insisted on playing Ferdinand and Shearer, meaning Beardsley and Lee played deeper. The football wasn't as good but it probably could have been at least as effective. If things did centre around Shearer after he got his injury and slowed down, then that isn't the player's fault. Also you point out that he needed pace around him but he made the likes of Bellamy and Robert look good too by being such a high quality focal point for the attack. I think he went on a season or two too long btw. Decent post as usual, I think there's some merit in what you say about what would have happened if Shearer has come in instead of Ferdinand. It wasn't just Ferdinand's form that tailed off though, people like Rob Lee stopped scoring as well. For me Shearer was at his best a couple of years before he came to Newcastle, when he was virtually unstoppable. Amir Zaki reminds me of a young Shearer in the way he runs defenders ragged. Shearer wasn't as mobile for us as he was at Southampton and Blackburn, but he was still quality as far as touch and finishing goes. Maybe the various managers he played under didn't put the right players around him, it's a possibility. I realise it's not the popular view but I don't consider Shearer a hero, I don't really like him tbh. This is just my personal view, if everyone else in Newcastle wants to consider him an icon, build statues or name bars after him by all means knock yourself out. He's shit on MOTD as well by the way.
  18. i would agree with this but barton instead of guthrie Barton as DM? not really a DM just CM that holds back if he has to, e.g. if both zog and jonas were forward. Also if u go off football manager he can play as a DM that was a joke by the way incase you actually thought i was being serious I was hoping it was a joke anyway. i will have to start using the smileys more
