I agree with what has been said regarding the standard of football but the UEFA Cup has become very poor IMO and having the top 3 from the EPL wouldnt degrade the UCL much and having another few countries do the same Spain, Italy etc and we could have a better Uefa Cup? Your comments appeared to be specifically aimed at Liverpool, I was just pointing out your lack of knowledge on the subject. I won't be too unhappy if we finish 4th this season, I do take issue to your comments being presented as fact though. If we get past Chelsea in the semi there's a good chance our league form will suffer allowing Everton to get 4th. On the other hand Arsenal could carry on their freefall, and we carry on the decent run we've been on and take 3rd.

This thread gets worse, which is quite sad really as I'm sure there's many a Geordie and Scouser had a great time in each others respective cities. Those saying what a shithole Liverpool is sound very bitter, or is it jealousy of some silly kind? It's quite obvious that those who think the riverside is the city centre haven't got a clue of what they're talkng about, only now when the Liverpool One project opens will the city centre be linked with the Pier head and Albert Dock. I don't frequent posh pubs as a rule, rather drink me ale in a boozer that's real and not plastic, but if this city is as bad as many on here think, how come in this particular top 100 bars vote Liverpool figures so highly and Newcastle so lowly. And what's all this about "I realise now why other clubs fans have no respect for you." Is that for real? I.e. you're saying 1) You need other people to tell you how to think and/or 2) You tarnish all fans from one club with the same brush? That makes you as bad as anyone having a go at Liverpool fans in general on here doesn't it? Stick around anyway, we're a bit a tetchy at present, which you can surely understand. I came on to wish you well and would've signed up to do just that but having read a lot of the board, I signed up to say exactly what I did say. I tarnish no-one with anything, always take people for what they are no matter where they are from but other fans (of most clubs) see you as something to poke fun at because of the ludicrous we 'deserve to be at the top' claims of your fans. With RAWK being down thought I'd have a surf around on a Geordie site to commiserate and wish you well in your relegation fight, but reading your board it's obvious any best wishes from Liverpool supporters would not be welcomed. I realise now why other clubs fans have no respect for you.
