Ah yes, that old rule when you can dink the ball up off your leg and tuck it under your arm to score a try. That is absolutely not a rule, but if your arm is in a natural position and it deflects off your body into your arm they would be unlikely to give it. If you blatantly move your arm into the path of the ball and it clips your leg then your arm it's a wholly different scenario.
