Also mentioned that he wouldn't rule out new negotiations with the club (pie in the sky stuff now). I am getting at nothing other than the glaringly obvious fact that yesterdays tactics not to allow him to take free kicks or corners obviously contributed to last nights twitter rant which contributed to last nights decision to get rid of him. Doesnt mean Ashley is Lovely or LLambias visits old ladies in nursing homes.

Is the bigger point he made not that Barton wasnt offered a contract and he wanted to stay?.... Barton was offered a contract at Christmas and turned it down.

For fellow campers I highly recommend Golden Square campsite, nr Helmsley York. http://www.goldensquarecaravanpark.com/ Lovely site with two play parks for the kids, one geared towards the older kids with zip wire etc. Only 19 miles off York so well situated for a nice day out. Very clean facilities and actually winner of Loo of the year
