  1. Like the way every other fuckers given up posting their weight. Post Christmas exercises ground to a halt? Few more closet fatties?
  2. All about lifestyle Gemmill, been , yes been, telling you that for months. *tweaks nipples in a weird sort of way*
  3. Celebratory cheeseburger binge? Chicken sandwich actually!
  4. After a sneaky pound on last week (blaming the christening and the bank holiday boozing), 2lbs off this week bringing my current weight to 13-7 Also got my 2nd "Silver 7 Star" . 1 stone gonsky 12 stone here I come.
  5. FYP Haven't you got some unilateral forum decision making to be getting on with.
  6. That doesn't mean it's not happening I think if the lower classes were being "savaged" I might have come across a bit of it. Maybe if you spent more time working and less time sitting on your patio, you'd come across it. To take a totally ignorant stance to people losing their jobs and important services in the North East being cut is mental. If they take Weight Watchers off the NHS, how would you respond? When did that happen then?
  7. Who on here has lost their job because of the cuts? Thanks for the compliment? And I didn't say that nobody would be effected, the argument was about the lower classes being "savaged"......(as you know fine well btw).
  8. That doesn't mean it's not happening I think if the lower classes were being "savaged" I might have come across a bit of it.
  9. Hang on, are you saying it's a good or bad thing to cast your vote purely in self-interest? I didnt say it was good or bad That's why he asked the question Well its pretty obvious isnt it? Its a good thing when its Tory voters and a bad thing when its Labour scroungers.
  10. Honestly, biggest load of crap I think I've ever read on this forum. Where are the lower classes who are being savaged? How are they being savaged? Everyday I am out there (on the front line) dealing with people from all sorts of backgrounds. Nothing has changed, nobody is bleating or moaning, there are no soup kitchens springing up. I dont think I can recall one person, friend, family or customer who has lost their job because of the cuts. Even when every cut has taken its toll, spending will still be at 2009 levels ffs Pensions going up, more people taken out of tax all together, family credits increasing. Really getting savaged like.

  12. Which is Cameron engaged in? Populist whim catering or hard line difficult decisions that need to be made despite their unpopularity? Surely it can't be both? Perhaps the papers you read give the impression of tough decisions being popular. The polls on those cuts don't back it up. An unrelated AV referendum tells you nothing about how they're handling the economy. First off all I said the public backed the conservative plans on the deficit reduction which is entirely different to saying that the government does whats popular? Secondly, you havent stated where your mish mash figures come from. The main poll that backs up what i said is the Guardian / ICM poll taken a few weeks back that shows 57% of voters back the current cuts or think they should be even deeper. http://www.guardian.co.uk/politics/2011/ma...-coalition-poll
  13. He says positive things though. See the likes of Toonspac and Tecato, they could win Euromillions on Friday and still moan. "Got no idea what am gonna spend all this on! Not all its cracked up to be this millionaire status "
  14. Agreed hence why IMO the NHS deal has now been struck. Why else would the Tories 'pander' to the Lib Dems post elections and AV referendum unless they still needed them. No something we dont? No, I think the majority of the forum know you have the grammatical ability of an absolute mong. So thats a know then?
  15. Not at all Alex. Think Ive been very fair in not milking the political downfall of Labour and Lib Dems last week. Pleased I wasnt on here in 97 mind.
  16. Well so far this all points to the fact that we dont have many moaners on here, which is good......Now if you'd gone with Cunts Stevie......
  17. Agreed hence why IMO the NHS deal has now been struck. Why else would the Tories 'pander' to the Lib Dems post elections and AV referendum unless they still needed them. No something we dont?
  18. Not true, quite a few lib dem seats were won by narrow margins over Tories. Those seats would definitely change. Add to this the waverers who now see the great things being achieved by the Tory government and a majority would be achievable. Just take the pensioners who've seen their pensions tied to the retail price index...More More More they'll be shouting as they zip down to the polls on their mobility scooters. The only danger would be all the lay abouts about to lose benefits scampering their as well. I have no doubt these discussions are taking place as we speak and Cleggy will only get a short time playing nasty Nick.
  19. So the opposite of what you said before then? About them doing what's most popular I've given you numbers to show the majority oppose what cuts there have been and favour tax hikes. Can you back up your claim here? I dont think I said that???? I think i said they backed the deficit reduction. Re your figures, I am sure they clawed from all sorts of various lefty sources. My claim is backed up by the Tories winning seats at the local elections, when all pundits were predicting losses of up to 1000 seats. Not too mention the overwhelming backing of the public in their NO to AV campaign and a big two fingers up at Milliband and Clegg. The bottom line is this. Labour have been wiped out in Scotland. Add this to the forthcoming boundary changes and it will be many many years before a labour government gets its hands on power again. Tally Ho.
  20. Not really. This is where the idiocy comes in. Of course everyone when asked if the deficit should be cut says yes, who wants more debt? But ask where they think cuts should be made and the publiccontradict themselves. 82% against cuts in education and healthcare. 66% against military cuts The majority think public sector pensions are too low, not too high. The ONLY program the majoriy want to be cut is welfare to immigrants at 76%, which would produce miniscule savings on the overall budget. If that's the case, you need to raise taxes to cut the deficit...but 49% are against increased taxes too. What the government have done is go AGAINST the majority in every one of those cases, cutting services majorities don't want cut, and refusing to increase taxes when the majority do want it. They want hanging too......But thats why we have politicians who can make these decisions on hard facts etc rather than populous whims. There will always be losers, but in reality, the majority are more relieved that its someone else whose losing and not them.
  21. I think you're mixing up "moaning" with "having a different viewpoint to you". Id say that LM is nowhere near the top of the moaning list. Search his posts for Topics hes started or posts hes added where hes maoning about something. LMs issue is that he gets sucked into discussions about players etc and posts his views about how {insert any 1 of a thousand scenarios here} wouldnt/didnt happen under previous chairman. All perfectly legitimate posts btw. Sorry but I disagree. He's like the old cunt in the pub who's been there and done it and everything was better in their day. Anyway, who would you class as the forums biggest moaner?
  22. Much the way I imagine it, however, he got involved for fun and I cant see mid table mediocrity keeping him entertained which either points to really trying to build something exciting or selling up. Hmmmm, which way could it go. CT I've never understood where your optimism comes from? don't get me wrong, i think its great, but when you look at the facts in the cold light of day you must realise that Ashley isn't going to create a europen great here. The guy is a billionaire, he has no affiliation with the club or the north east and he bought it on a whim (as he says, to have fun) I can guarantee he's not having fun anymore. You on the other hand, are from the North East and you love the club, the idea of having all that money and not spending it on something you love doesnt compute with you, thats not a bad thing but its simply not going to happen So why would he keep pumping money into a club when he knows that a large chunk of the fanbase dislike him, he wont, what he will do is keep the club afloat and make money from player sells/image rights/tax relief against other business's or someone buys us. Even money he puts into the club he will claw back eventually You could well be right, but the FACTS are, as yet, he hasnt taken one penny out of the club. My point wasnt really about optimism, it was trying to guess his next move. He either wants to prove every fucker wrong and bring success his way or he wants to sell. Just cant see him hanging around for mediocre / no fun times. *** And its worth bearing in mind that this is a bloke who has just made an extra £378 million in one year. I dont think hanging around Newcastle in the hope of syphoning off a few million here and there is on his agenda tbf.
