I have close to 1k photos of men (and some women) in lycra and I need to go through and sort them. What software do people use? Currently I just have windows explorer and its a slow process. I have lightroom that I use to edit, crop, change settings and all that shit. Was wondering is it better to just upload all into that and then go through them in that.

Had a chat with my line manager this morning. I really feel for the bloke. He is clearly under immense stress at the moment and his very minimal support from above and below. A few weeks back I asked the MD if I could have a chat as I was concerned about my line manager. That never happened so it shows where he stands on the health of employees. For me, it's easy fixes that make a fuck tonne of difference. This company could be absolutely superb to work for, but the fish rots from the head as they say.

I wanted to get a blood test for my prostate. I am getting on a bit now and just want to make sure everything is ok. But because I am not old enough, or don't have any family history I cannot get one by my GP. I cannot seem to find somewhere private to get one too!

My line manager comes in this morning, says good morning to me, drops his bag and goes to make a coffee. I was assuming he was going to bring up me putting my notice in when he came back in the room. Nah, went to his desk, put his ear phones on and that's it. So further makes me happy I am making the right decision.
