  1. He is totally mental.....But that's entertainment I guess...Huge huge talent...People will realise when he is dead unfortunately.
  2. Find a quiet hobby you can enjoy in idle moments at home. If it's something creative that's even better because there's always a sense of pride in creation once you're done, and plus the finish is an incentive. it's not bleeding Blue Peter you know I normally read but have nowt left I have not already read. Am waiting for a new parcel of books I may cut some hair off my dog and fashion a bracelet out of it ?? Haven't you got an emergency horde of chocolate dear? don't eat it petal, gives me migraines ....you see the ladies first port of call is a no go....Seems more serious than I thought... What books you got coming? 2 new Ian Rankin ones, can't remember what they were now , The Interpretation of Murder, and a box set entitled The Bible Codes. Haven't read a single Rankin....So can't comment... The Bible codes though has peeked my curiosity... I like Rankin, Rebus especially (alcoholic). The Bible Codes are entitled The Arcadian Cipher, Act of God, The Marian Conspiracy, The Moses Legacy and The Tutankhamun deception ( altho this one I have already read ) ....there is some sort of code that tells man of his future and how to save himself and stuff...? Rebus is a detective structure is it?

It surely can't be that real....I mean 300 Greeks holding back 50,000 Persians... There are some nice bits in it..

  7. Have you seen The Ladykillers or Intolerable Cruelty? I don't think The Man Who Wasn't There is as good as their best, but it would probably be one of the best films to get a wide release 50 out of 52 weeks in the year. I've got Intolerable Cruelty to watch (really looking forward to it now like ) and I've not seen the Ladykillers either (I want to wait until I've seen the original). It wasn't a bad film just when compared to Millers Crossing, Fargo, The Big Lebowski etc I was just left disapointed. And I don't think I like Billy Bob Thornton much tbh. Billy-Bob is a legend tbh. "Heavens to betsy Birdy" Bad Santa? MWWT is fine, love the photography.
  8. Love it hope it happens. Would love to see him play Vegas.....NIce swansong.

We like to experiment with the stalker/celebrity fantasies. No, in reality I just stopped because I thought it'd make a good photo. I like photos like that, just one person walking off. story of your life ??? I'm always the one doing the walking off, baby doll! Aye, into the back of buses, judging by those mugshots. It's people like YOU who are directly responsible for that man hanging himself.

  13. It's retalitation for some Iranians picked up in Baghdad recently. The 'diplomats'? And that was the Americans anyway... The 'Americans' warned us to be careful as the Iranians were looking for retaliation....As usual we think we know best... Be careful? By careful, the yanks mean don't do what you're there for. No thanks, no cowardice from our boys in the face of the enemy. We're hamstrung by our policy of non-aggression. Next time it will be different... .....don't really know about our policy but I'm more shoot everyone if in doubt in these situations. I do know some U.S. general criticised our boys for getting captured....Bit rich...

  17. I dont see the problem tbh. Saying exactly what i want him to be saying. Haven't you noticed he/they have been doing a lot of that just recently...
  18. Mendieta of central defensive mf fame....
  19. Hedging on all sides. The steady stream of propoganda continues unabated. Have we hired Saatchi and Saatchi? Or how many times can we slyly re-emphasise that we bought an England player...
  20. Or McClaren. He got the job on the back of 3 flukey results in Europe he has never looked like emulating. That's the top and bottom of it. Clawing back deficits against sub-standard European sides using the subtle tactical approach of ZOMG 4-2-4 FOR DA LAST HALF HOUR!!!1111, and they gave him the England job. A cursory glance at the league table would have shown them that Boro finished 16th that season, and that they were doing the club a favour by taking him off their hands. I don't think Allardyce is England manager material, but he'd be getting a LOT more out of this lot than McClaren is, and without any PR gurus on the scene. Apparently McClaren is picking up £2.5m a year btw - wtf?! Big Sam getting the England job would be good for England and for Newcastle - I doubt Bolton would be in the Top 6 for much longer if he left. He really is doing fantastically well there. As much as people go on about their style of football, I still think he would be the ideal man for the job here. He knows the league, so would be less of a risk than bringing someone from outside the premiership, but would also change the whole coachings set up here from fitness and diets to a decent scouting system at the club. If all this talk of us having less money to spend is true too, I have more faith in him spending it well than Rodders.. Aye.

  22. So it's taken 10 years to realise that last minute calls to 'friendly' agents isn't the way forward.
