Steve 0 Posted June 16, 2007 Share Posted June 16, 2007 I worked 9pm-7am on Saturday and Sunday night from 1999-2002 while I was in between degrees and then while studying because I had no time to work during the week. I didn't mind it too much, it was just supermarket work supervising the night-fill so it was menial labour, but with the penalty rates for working weekends and the night shift it worked out to 34 hours pay for the 20 I did.
