Doctor Who was canny - I still don't like Tennant and won't watch the next series because of Tate but I quite enjoyed that.

Thought it was quite "brave" to have people dying.

Sad indication of what Xmas is to some people I suppose.

How anyone could watch a bunch of miserable wanker londoners being miserable and wankerish on Christmas day is a greater mystery than "Where in the World is Carmen San Diego?"

There was a program called 'The Top 50 Celebrity Animals' on one of the cable channels before. How shit a list is that? In the 5-10 minutes I saw there was Mr. Ed, Garfield, Bungle and Roland Rat. Only one of them is even played by an animal for fuck's sake. Talk about scraping the barrel. At least Sherriff John Bunnell is on Zone Reality now.

EastEnders in my family is watched every Christmas,And most family's sit down at about 6-7 onwards and watch tv or a dvd.

I also watched the Extras Christmas special,That's pretty good.

Really?

Jesus wept.

to be fair though, I cannot understand anyone watching Eastenders at the best of times, let alone a day when you're supposed to be celebrating family, not watching a fictional melodramatic representation of one.

but I guess it's horses for courses and if that's a family tradition for your family, then it's something you should stick to.

Not being funny, but do you all just sit watching the tv for 4 and a bit hours?

Hate the Catherine Tate show.

Personally i though Dr Who was gash and I like the new series. Minogue was cat crap, but that wasn't a surprise as I remember the Street Fighter film. Out of the soaps Coronation Street was miles ahead of Eastenders, as Eastenders thinks it's serious docu-drama about Lahndahn. At least Coronation Street has some humour.
