Noone will want him now (noone wanted him before he was injured) and he'll have trouble finding anyone who will pay him big wages next season. He's shot. Why would a club do that when they wait for him to rehab here, suck up 6 months of wages and sign him on a free at the end of his contract when he's healthy again?
