The Fish 8989 Posted August 11, 2014 Share Posted August 11, 2014 If everyone is quite happy for our young players to go on loan to any club that asks then don't be surprised when they come back and don't make it as a first team regular. Name one player who has been on loan over the years and made the first team as a regular. Pardew is ultimately responsible for all the playing staff and unless he doesn't give a flying f**k for the young players should be the one who has the final decision on who goes on loan and where.
