You can play the clip and start and stop the audio capture. It's not just recording through your mic, it seems to be extracting the audio from that specific tab, so it doesn't matter if you're making noise and moaning to your lass about something, or if your computer makes some system noise. Once it's finished, stop the capture and save as an MP3.
