Its just on attachments that you can add to posts, max of 50mb total before you need to delete stuff. MF was at 2000% when I put it on, so you'll know as soon as you try to upload a new image. I haven't seen a way of seeing all the picture files you've uploaded somewhere and deleting them centrally. Seems the only way would be to try and find posts where you've posted a pic and delete from there, which would be a pain in the tits to do. On mobile, click the three lines top right to open your profile access.
