Rossi just looks a million miles ahead of shola,how he was'nt used earlier is one of lifes great mysteries

correct,the former average player of his day at the toon,who like many fall into the trap of ending up as manager & getting their status as an average player and respected to being knocked down a few notches to being a failure & no longer respected,that's why shearer will be thinking long and hard about taking on that role as manager of his own peoples club.
