It's hardly the club failing, its a toon supporter watching an entertaining match, which was great for the nuetral. Him wearing a Toon top to a Sunderland game, just labels "Obsessed" right next to Deluded and Co. If I were going to a Sunderland game, something id never do as a Toon fan even after meeting the Chelsea players in The Hilton in Gateshead my uncle thought it would be a nice idea to go and support them against the mackems, theres no chance in hell id wear a Toon top, attract some negative attention for what? Not only am I hurting my image but my Clubs image as well, along with the club's fans.

Theres no denying the media are intrested, but they want to show us fail every time they get the chance so people could have a laugh at our expense, hence this. We hung on with the skin of our teeth for yesterday's victory, second half was mostly them attacking if not all of it and they forced good saves from Harper. They were good opposition really, and next two CCC games will produce a draw/loss imo Crystal Palace and Leicester are harder opponents, Nigel Pearson has had a flying start with Leicester and Crystal Palace are fuming over that phantom goal incident they dismantled Keano's Ipswich the other day who are supposedly promotion favourites. I still reckon we'll finish 4th-5th, but if we get sorted out we'll finish 1st or 2nd imo.

Back from the game, atmosphere was great attendance was 43,900. Harper 8.5 - Did very well whenever called upon and denied their equaliser in the dying minutes. Collocini 7 - Cleared most of whatever came his way, but surprisingly outmuscled most of the time. Saylor 8 - Did all he can and slipped into midfield to dictate start of play. Raylor 6.5 - Not really a right midfielder, had a good first half but struggled massively during the second. YET had a very good free kick saved. Simpson 6.5 - No different than Raylor but surprisingly he passed the ball backwards every single time he got it, got to the nerves of the fans. Enrique 9 - Simply MOTM or contender for MOTM for me, cleared every single thing that came on the left flank comfortably and dominated the left hand side Nolan 6 - Poor game, just ran around and around. Smith 7.5 - MUST learn to time his tackles better or he will be getting red cards soon, otherwise a good performance. Jonas 7 - Typical Jonas, Huff and Puff no end product. Carroll 7 - A threat but not inside the box, played a very good header which was the assist to Amoebi's goal. Amoebi 7.5 - Good run, Good finish.... that was pretty much it that was the last of him for the rest of the game.
