has fuck all to do with him being irish, i hated Carr and O'Brien and duff is massively overpaid and lost his spark ever since his last injury at Chelsea he's leaving because nothing at the club has been dealt with in years and it's finally hit the point where it's nearly pointless turning out everyweek because his position is untenable, no matter how good a player shay or owen/martins etc are, and no matter how well the stars peform they are let down due to the lack of quality throughout the team and the ability to cope with injuries, were just likely to lose. fuck sake we can't even beat hull I agree, he has been with us for 10+ years now and has been through a lot.
