Personally, I don't enjoy Newcastle-Online as much as I used to. Perhaps it's partly down to some of the influx of new posters. Maybe I've just seen all the topics too many times before, I don't know. I often find myself logging on simply to moderate and then I leave. I have less time these days as well so I don't really keep up with what's going on, on any of these boards.

I read a quite ridiculous thing on Tyne-Talk about this being a transfer triangle. Deportivo want to sell Luque to us so they can get D'Allesandro who will only be sold if we sell them Viana.

I've met Children of Bodom. It was like meeting Jesus except better. I saw Unearth recently at Download Festival too. 2834[/snapback] What were unearth like? I dunno whether they'd be good live.. Chimaira are great but my mates saw them live and said they were poor.. Hope unearth weren't like that. 3050[/snapback] They haven't quite got their soundcheck right. Alot of their set was a wall of noise and you had to try really hard to figure out which songs were which, but they put a lot of energy into their show which was great.

They were awesome. Got kicked in the head for my troubles but it was so great. Wake Up Dead particularly standing out. Dave did look rather old though. It was supposed to be their last ever show in this country but at the end he said after the reception the whole crowd gave, how could they not come back.
