What's 'Wicked', Mr B? Or anyone else, for that matter. It's a musical. Supposed to be very good indeed. Thanks, Cath.

He's gone. 89. No more books with 'horsey' titles, I suppose. Unless Jilly Cooper has other ideas...

That's the story I heard. Half-time during the Everton game at the end of season before last. Thats rite and didnt he have a go at Martins and N'Zogbia before the Watford game too? He's obviously colour prejudiced.

Would you not say that the only positive coming from MA tenure is that we now actually have one of the better financial situations in the country? I dont mean in terms of bank balance but in little debts and infrastucture? The only positive that appears good in LardAh's favour is that the banks or Customs aren't holding a knive to our throat. However, all that debt hasn't gone away. He wants every penny back, which, I suppose, he is entitled to expect.

Ahhhh, Texas Hold 'em. The River. Jumpers for goalposts. I don't play.

Am I the only one here who didn't bother (not even a card)? I can't stand this commercial bullshit. When I get an e-mail from Screwfix advertising presents for him and her, I know it's gone too far. So, what did you lovers buy, owt or nowt??

Nice article. It does, however, talk about 7 years Leazes. LardAsh has only been here, what 2 or 3 at the most. There are four years of demise missing according to my maths. Anyway, I'm not having a go. One thing that does appear reassuring at present - despite all our ills of a poor team (depite being top of a shitty league) is that the banks don't look like they're calling the shots or about to pull the plug. Nor does HMRC. At least we appear safe from financial disaster at present.

Turn auto updates off muppet. Muppet? MUPPET? Thicko, yes. Dimwit, yes. Stoopido, yes. Muppet? Okay then Little Miss Muppet sat on my face. Summat like that anyway Talking about gen Win7 and all that. I got this netbook for Christmas, and haven't done that register thing that pops up when I want to read certain downloads (microsoft stuff I presume). Should I register? I've always thought doing so would just add me to their database or some such - something I want to avoid if possible. Especially as I'm CIA (I guess an alert has just gone off at Langley, after using those initials. Hi guys, how's it going??). Anyway, should I register without any fear? Thanks. Lovingly yours, on this special loving day, Muppet xx

How the fuck am I supposed to spot that?? All I get is 'updates to be installed' or some such shite. I can't recall ever being asked if I want to download a load of jiggerypokery lettas and numbas

It's probably safe to tell you all now, but back in the days of the old board, B & I had a fling. We had the most robust sex, and she loved to be tied up and abused something rotten. I should have realised back then that she had a political tendancies.

I saw these transfers by LardAsh as totally reluctant. For me, he paid out as minimal a sum as possible to get some cover for the threadbare squad. He reluctantly had to do it or face the possibility of missing out on promotion. LardAsh wants NUFC promoted (obviously) so he can have a Prem club for sale. In the meantime, he wants to claw back as much money that he's 'loaned' as he can.

What a load of bollocks. But then you do rate Caçapa as the best centre half in our history don't you, so I shouldn't be too surprised. Speaking of top centre halves, can I just throw in that letting Faye go to stoke was a tragedy. One of their top performers week in week out playing centre half. A snip at 1M. I could never figure that one out. He was a good CB and £1m was nothing money. I wonder if there is more to that transfer than we know about?

Apart from the wonderful use of the word pummelled, I'm just so glad they put the bit in about Bridge's ex g/f having a fling with J.Terry

Just one thing. Do the 'good' folk of Sunderland South East know she is a Newcastle United season ticket holder? You know how crackers those folk are. Maybe the BNP will sniff the chance of a 'steal' from 'New' Labour
-
Christ See what the Labour party has become?? I'm sure the good folk of sunlun south are well impressed. Bring back Stevie. Espcially if he had interviewed the first person

Glad I was looking at other, more 'interesting' things

This is what I wanted to ask. If your comment is a true reflection of the game i.e. the opposition huffed and puffed withouth creating much, isn't that a reflection of most of our season? I've only seen a handful of games, and the dross we served up with the opposition being actually worse was how it all seemed to be panning out. Swansea BATTERED us in terms of possesion and they did create more than us. By far and away the better team and deserved to beat us. Thanks d.c. How many chances did both teams have? Especially Swansea?

I don't understand why it was locked at all......... Two threads locked in as many days. The amount of key jangling going on, it's like the fuckin' Maze prison here now. Maybe we should start a dirty protest!!!

BTW - I find it fucking hilarious that you're backing Stevie to the hills considering the fallings out you two had in the past.... Remember? ..to the what? The hilt have eyes, you dummy

England v W. Germany Italia '90 Documentary - where did you watch?
snakehips replied to Bensmit's topic in General Chat
Now then. Italia '90. I remember watching that game, but can't recall exactly where I was. I distinctly remember watching the Belgium game on a security guard's portable in Chile. The guy thought we were all nuts when we went ballistic after Platt scored from Gazza's free kick late in the game. And I remember watching the Argentina/Brazil QF (?) in a whore's room in some dive in S.America It was a Sunday morning and I had a raging hard on, but the football was on. I remember thinking "Chick, football? Chick, football?" Brazil/Argentina doesn't happen every day so I let her sleep. As to the England/W.Germany game?? Fucked if I can remember where I watched it -
She said: "At first I didn't believe I was actually in touch with Ashley Cole. But next thing I knew I received a picture of him lying in bed on my phone. Is that how he got a phone up his arse??
