I'm not sure there's anything the club could say to change things -

You reckon Keegan was okish with Wise's role at first but Wise abused his position? Sounds plausible No. He was happy with someone in that role but not Wise. Looks like Poyet for manager then -

My take on it is this If Keegan took the job on after being told exactly that this how the system was going to operate then he's at fault for going However if he's been lied to then he's well within his rights Stating the obvious I know -
To cheer yourself up you should watch the Kersal massive youtube video, it just never gets old On a similar note, last night my Auntie asked me if I wanted any Tom and Jerry's ice-cream

Special K requested Warnock, Schweinstiger and Lennon. His ideas were dismissed out of hand. And we ended up with some very good players. I can fully understand the argument that the manager should have full control over the transfers, but not when it comes down to Smith and Barton Right system, wrong manager

http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/t...ity/7597822.stm "On the last day, Chelsea made me a great proposal and I accepted it," he said, to which a reporter replied: "You mean Manchester right?". "Yeah, Manchester, sorry!" answered Robinho. Robinho's transfer overshadowed news of the other big-money deal on Monday, that of Dimitar Berbatov's £31m switch from Tottenham to rivals Manchester United. However, it was later reported that the deal - funded by new City owners Abu Dhabi United Group - was concluded without Robinho, 24, taking a medical or even fully understanding the personal terms of his contract.

Keegan still wants to manage Newcastle United Sep 3 2008 by Alan Oliver, Evening Chronicle KEVIN KEEGAN still wants to manage Newcastle United That is the word from the Keegan camp today. A source close to the United boss told me: “Kevin still wants the job. Make no mistake about that. But he would like to be able to buy his own players. “If he was allowed to bring in his own players and he failed he would be the first to hold his hands up. “He has always bought flair players and players who can get people off their seats. “You just have to look at what he did at Manchester City. “The reason they are in the Premier League now is because Kevin brought in both Sylvain Distin and Nicolas Anelka. These were two masterstrokes.” The latest United crisis is attracting attention from throughout the whole of the football world. And nowhere more so than in India where billionaire Anil Ambani and his Reliance group are still more than interested in buying Mike Ashley out. My information is that Reliance are still ready to put a £275m offer on the table for Newcastle United."

Good news, even if there is a tiny chance we can get him back. There's been a bust-up, both parties are talking, let's see

Not even long term after getting the wage bill sorted and the dead wood shifted? Don't believe the hype. Ashley thinks it's Millets, stupid fat cunt. It takes a special kind of moron to fall out with what is basically the prime asset ie KK. Is this today's posting strategy then Parky, Ashley bashing? You'll be praising him tommorow I bet Parky Industries will not rest till this man is destroyed. You have my word. You're a lunatic but you make me smile so it's all good
