ManUre on Red alert: Toon tell Owen to accept £30k a-week pay slash
Snake replied to Jimbo's topic in Newcastle Forum
Couldn't agree more. The wage bill was and still is crippling the club. It will take quite a while to rectify, something the squealers don't want to accept. -
we don't want squad players, we want players to improve the first team. Woopey fuckin do since when was guthrie signed instead of a player to improve the first team? fact has it we need players as our squad is so thin. maybe we can judge keegan's aspirations on september 1st and also judge guthrie after he's actually been given a chance to prove himself... Don't interrupt Freddie when he's in full crybaby mode

Agreed, fuck buying squad players, we need trophy signings NOW its all just good business Bring back Freddie daft lad. Never mind, soopa mike will win the european cup in 6 years time I agree, that's what everyone is saying he will do, he can't fail. I can see him leaving with 80 million in his back pocket and the club being 160 million in debt. Go Mike nailed on then. Wonder if Liverpool know they have just let us have the new Gazza Did you type that with your forehead?

Do you not find it a tad embarrassing to have to quote another teams success? What about Newcastle snake? The team YOU support? The fucking irony I'm just interested in how your more famous and successful rivals have been doing. Hopefully we'll find out soon enough, I've just posted this thread on a couple of their boards -

If I were your lot I would be concentrating on improving the playing staff rather than influencing the rules of the game. Im not bitter in the slightest. THFC = In Arsenal's shadow. NUFC = In no-one's shadow. Agreed NUFC = In no-one's shadow. In a one horse town. There's an achievement. Open top bus parade? Nope, not at all, just happy not to have a far bigger, more successful and way more famous club right next door to us. That would really hurt -

Nailed on to be class for us then... I haven't a clue how good this guy will be, so I'll reserve judgement. All we can do is support him and give him time to settle and simply hope he isn't another Luque. Seconded, never heard of him or seen him play so we'll see
