Pleased we're not on the cunt list.

Forest though. Might be stealing from their future selves at current rate of going.

Insiders have disclosed that the prospect of a business being forced to pay a rival business in the same industry – with that money then used by the rival to try and take their place in the Premier League – as ‘unpalatable’ and ‘unworkable’.

These dick heads will be on thin fucking ice when we challenge them trying to stop us spending if that is their argument.

Missed something like 45% of games since he joined. He's done well for us, but not sure many fans would be too upset to see him replaced in the Summer

Hes the sort of striker who doesnt need to be very involved or playing well generally to nick a goal.

If we can get a reliable back up to Isak Id love to have a game-time managed Wilson available as third choice.

  3. They really are in their own little "we're man united" ego fuelled bubble aren't they? Ratcliffes statement made no fucking sense, that comparison to pep was actual nonsense  like anyone in football just lets their players wander off for free when they don't want to be at the club anymore.

His very own Man United wouldn't even sack Mason Greenwood because they thought they could get a fee for him somewhere down the line the cunts.

"We had a very grown-up conversation with Manchester City about Omar"

Why didn't you do that with us then you dickhead? Instead you contacted Ashworth and fluttered your eyelashes at him through your media mates and now want to act all precious when we turn around and tell you that thats actually not acceptable and we'll either have our fee or you can wait.

Their fans keep going on about this being "small time" which makes no sense either, surely the small time thing would be for us to bend over "oh yes mr man united please, please take the technical director we hired less than two years ago, would you like anything else sir"

Its either that or "This is exactly what they did to brighton". No, we approached Brighton first, who gave us permission to talk to Ashworth then placed him on gardening leave until a deal was made. Which is how this should have been done.

I'd started hating Man U less over the last few years, they were more of a laughing stock than anything else, but the sheer ENTITLEMENT of everyone on their side over this, pure brexit-style british exceptionalism has reminded me how much I despise that club.

I think Newcastle's FFP is worse than ours, they cannot afford to stretch this out as much. This is just a hunch though, I can imagine the snapdragon sponsorship & Ratcliff's investment boosts our FFP, together with some very sellable assets in the window.

More not understanding the rules. Do these idiots not realise that if owner investment boosted FFP then WE HAVE THE RICHEST OWNERS IN FOOTBALL.

That said, respect works both ways. If Newcastle continue to take the piss with their valuation then we have every right to make life more difficult for them too. Hopefully common sense will prevail and both teams will come to an acceptable compromise.

    The IRONY

Respect chat from the cunts who are trying to poach our staff and have been briefing their mates in the media since before they were in charge that they wanted to do it.

As for making life more difficult for us...how exactly? We have the thing they want, and we have a price. These spoiled cunts just don't understand not being rolled over for.

Its the same when a player is moving, the press and clubs talking about Declan Rice last year was a case study of it. Completely taken for granted by all involved that West Ham were simply going to give him up for nowt and then actual offence taken when they demanded their price.

Newcastle looking incredibly small time

Dunno how you square that one away, by protecting ourselves and demanding his contract be abided by, and not just letting them swing in and have whatever they want, we're small time? Aye ok.

Or he just works from home for 20 months in some unofficial capacity. The whole gardening leave thing is bogus.

No wonder they break out the fucking norwich scarves whenver they've spent 300 million a window and are still shit. They're idiots.

I wonder if INEOS could employ him as one of their employees and not the club's until this gardening leaving issue is sorted?

They really don't understand this do they?

Every suggestion is just "lets do something illegal that will definitely get us sued"

If they start enforcing points of the contract and he can show his job description arriving said one thing, but in fact he’s been playing second fiddle to Eddie and his nephew in reality, Newcastle might end up losing him for nothing.

  9. Hes been with us for less than 2 yearsm we paid loads for him and waited months, you're fucking right that contract has an ENORMOUS amount of leave notice on it

That redcafe thread is hilarious "whats to stop him just working for us during his gardening leave" "Why doesnt he just quit and join us"

    morons.

He should have saved the second IMO, he didn’t move his feet well enough and Pope saves it tbh.

Agreed, it was a terrible one for dubravka to concede.

Theres practically no danger at the time the shot is taken, hes being shown outside by burn, hes quite far out at a pretty narrow angle to take on a shot and it just...goes in. It wasnt exactly a rocket of a shot or curling or anything really.

  11. I dont mind him as much as some and I think Howe would like him but buying chelseas english players is just never going to represent value for money at a time where weve got to watch FFP, him being homegrown for them also means anyone signing him is giving them a massive leg up on FFP that they can then use to spend more.

I really dont want us to pursue players from our rivals that will allow them to get stronger when Im absolutely certain we can sign some foreign player that can do what he does for less money.

How much do you reckon Toney will go for in the summer?

There is one buyer right? Arsenal. Unless whoever Liverpools new manager is really wants him

I can't see a bidding war, no one else who can afford him needs him and no one who needs him can afford him.

If nothing else Strandberg really deserve some credit for surviving the 80's and 90's without ever really changing.

I think you're thinking of Steinberger

Is this a new version of the thing you (and I think maybe Gemmill?) got recently? For some reason I vaguely remember commenting about a fanned fretboard that this doesn't seem to have.

Yep, a step into more affordable territory, about a grand.
