Theres plenty of players out there that would improve on this squad make no doubt about it! Well, there is the "been away from the game for 3 years" so how would he know what players are good etc excuse, or you could go for the backroom shuffle and nutmeg January and then hold out till the summer? I think they should have got the team sorted first, then they could've made the backroom staff changes in the summer when (touch wood) we would be safe
