  1. If the club doesnt sell by xmas can you see Ashley giving Rafa any funds for January shirely that would dilute any profit Ashley tried to make from the sale. But in the same vein i'd imagine the new owners would expect the club ticking over to a certain standard & so would expect Ashley to support Rafa with funds
  2. Oh aye ha ha ha 3pm saturday in real money
  3. I agree about being able to contain sides it's our lack of fret thats the worry
  4. We must get 3 points from this game as we face an awful run of fixtures from just after the international break & all through December after Bournemouth we have Man Utd (a) Watford (h) West Brom (a) Chelsea (a) Leicester (h) Everton (h) Arsenal (a) West Ham (a) Man City (h) Brighton (h) That takes us up to December the 30th i'm not sure we'll take many points from that lot due to our lack a decent goalscorer thats why 3 points will be essential against Bournemouthl
  5. I watched this last week & thoroughly enjoyed it
  6. This buy out is our last bit of hope of Rafa being able to take the club forward. If we're in a simikar position to were we are at the moment Rafa can forget about transfers in January. That's when i see things coming to a head with Rafa & Ashley. The best thing for everyone concerned Ashley, Rafa, the players & the fans is to allow the club to have new owners who would i'm sure share Rafa's visions for the club. Are there any updates on the sale ? it seems to have gone very quiet
  7. I'm sure Rafa would have had a list
  8. It all comes back to Ashley not allowing Rafa to sign a striker in the summer. Yet again the blames at Ashley's door. Remember Rafa saying "i'm having to buy what i need not what i want" in the last week or so of the window.
  9. I think we're doing really well at the minute first 10 games & we're 9th in the league . Yeah i was dissapointed last night but we really can't complain at what Rafa's doing with very limited outlay. I know the league is starting to take shape were a couple of wins can rocket you up the table. Equally a couple of losses can bring you down amongst the relegation places. But at the begining of the season we'd have all been happy at 9th position. Obviously we'll have a much better idea of were we're at after the next 5/10 games our next 5 are .... Bournemouth (h) Man Utd (a) Watford (h) West Brom (a) Chelsea (a) While we've got Rafa we've got hope obviously if the elephant in the room sold up & sodded off it would give Rafa the chance to build a team of players he really wanted not what he's having to make do with
  10. With our next 2 games being Burnley (a) & Bournemouth (h) we should be looking to take all 6 points before we face Man Utd (a)
  11. Another game another 3 points, yeah we played pretty poor but it was one of those games when whoever took their chance would win the game. I hope we get new owners because with a little bit of investment we could be fairly close to a european qualifying place.
  12. Perez offers less & less with each game
  13. Its all Palace this is useless from our lot
  14. i expect SJP to be pretty lively today with the anticipation that hopefully we will soon be free from the constraints of Ashley. I wouldnt be surprised to hear a few verses of "get out of our club" today
  15. Could we have new owner/s before Xmas if everythings ok & price is agreed
  16. Pete Graves Latest: Understand talks between Staveley & #nufc were v.positive. She's now signed non-disclosure. Progressing swiftly & positively.
  17. I'm fairly certain it'll be in the contract that all Sports Direct sinage MUST be removed
