  1. Brilliant bit of work whoever's responsible
  2. Following the conclusion of the Club’s enquiries, assistant manager John Carver; “My sole focus on Saturday, as it always is, was on trying to gain three points for Newcastle United and preparing the players to the best of my ability. “This included keeping them focussed on their roles and duties in the upcoming 90 minutes. “In the warm-up, I was disappointed to see banners that could, in my opinion, distract the players and take focus away from the job in hand – namely winning the match. “I went over to our fans to ask them to help us and requested that they take the banners down. The vast majority of supporters back the team through thick and thin and I am very proud to be one of them. “I was met with abuse from one supporter and I regret that I responded inappropriately. I sincerely apologise for any offence caused by my reaction. “Every fan is entitled to an opinion, positive or negative, and I respect that. I hope fans will understand that I, like them, only wanted what was best for the team. “I am proud to work for my home town club and would ask every supporter to back the players and all staff, as they really can make a difference.” “I am very sorry for the ill-advised comment I posted privately on Twitter on Sunday morning, which was subsequently made public. “It was never my intention, of course, for my response to enter the public domain. “My response was a reaction to significant personal abuse I received from a number of fans which I felt exceeded that which was fair and balanced. “That said, I understand my response was unacceptable and I regret my actions and apologise for any offence caused.”
  3. It's only a bog standard apology issued by the club on their behalf.
  4. "We are willing to carry on our efforts far beyond this game if necessary" well worded, well organised very professional.
  5. "The nasty banners last week upset John, so John told the team, they were upset coz when John's upset we're all upset. So that's why Southampton frashed us 4 nil.
  6. Press conference should be canny today mind, unless he's not allowed to arnser any difficult qwestions.
  7. I posted something yesterday using my sons laptop && noticed the smiley faces. Is there another version of TT I should have just I use a samsung galaxy tab 3 cheers lads all help appreciated.
  8. I agree with you there Andrew Ashley will eventually finish Pardew just it may not be after the Hull game. So anyone who gets a hold of a sackpardew.com card might have to use it a few times until he's gone. Unless of course Ashley doesn't mind the Pardew protest if it's a means of getting rid of him to save money I hope there's a massive response and we see cards & banners all over the ground.
  9. However, we understand the demonstration will not force owner Mike Ashley into ending Pardews four-year tenure and he will be given time to turn results around, regardless of the outcome against Hull. This from the Daily Mail.
  10. The point is no matter what happens with these protest's ( I never wanted him as manager I can't stand the bloke ) it looks like Ashley's going to dig his heels in regarding sacking him. After saturdays match there was talk of crisis meetings going on obviously there wasn't as he's manager now and for the forseable future.
  11. Matt Le Tissier, who played 540 games for Southampton with a fantastic 209 goals, has given Newcastle fans an insight into what Mike Ashley was like after the game, in the Saints boardroom on Saturday. This is what the Southampton super-star told talkSPORT: “There seems to be unrest among the fans, but I’m not sure there’s too much unrest among the boardroom.¨ “I’ve not heard too many noises coming out saying Alan Pardew’s job is under threat, which will be a bit of a blow to the Toon Army.¨ “I was in the boardroom on Saturday, funnily enough, and even after defeat, Mike Ashley was pretty gracious in defeat, and he didn’t look like a man who was about to go off and sack his manager.”
  12. It was only a couple of weeks ago they said mid October before he'd be match fit. I know desperate times call for desperate measures of course there's no guarantee he'll be banging them in risky, very risky.

  15. If he sticks with him until January we will be starting next season in the Championship I.e. Ashley losing money = nofuckingchance.com
  16. https://m.youtube.com/channel/UCWqLVb39hXDLQwhvhqaV9cQ sackpardew.com youtube channel. This is going far beyond the 60/69 minute walkout this is properly organised I wonder who's behind it ?
  17. I could see Ashley pulling the plug on Pardew on Friday night thus scuppering the sackpardew.com effort.
  18. It's a shame it's photo shopped.
  19. If Ashleys found out about this (undoubtedly he has) I'm surprised he hasn't paid Pardew off this week. Because I cant see the sackpardew.com signs and banners being good for business this Saturday.
  20. Then there was the story the other day he could step in as manager when Pardew departs, you couldn't make this up.
  21. Any word for the club about any punishment for Carver ?
