  1. Of course there's the other side of the coin what if Ashley has no intentions of getting rid of Pardew. He may just stick with him he's contracted until 2018 or something just because we dont want him makes me think Ashley would keep him just to piss us off.
  2. Pardew = spent force, surplus to requirements, busted flush, living on borrowed time regarding the managers job. I honestley can't think of any reason he should remainas manager of Newcastle United.
  3. 4/1 Tony Pulis 6/1 David Moyes 8/1 Steve Bruce 12/1 Christophe Galtier 12/1 Tim Sherwood 16/1 Joe Kinnear 16/1 Malky Mackay 16/1 Neil Lennon 25/1 Kevin Keegan 33/1 Peter Beardsley 40/1 Dennis Wise 250/1 Robbie Fowler Latest odds on Pardew's successor.
  4. It’s becoming clear from comments made by many Newcastle United fans, particularly on social media, that the natives are getting restless again. The near rebellion which happened at the end of last season after a disastrous run of results led to Alan Pardew seeking the safe haven of his dugout in the final home game, rather than face the wrath of the fans when he tried to stand in his technical area. Who knows what might have happened after that if there had been any more games to play, but luckily for Pardew the season finished just in time! The summer transfer window then saw a remarkable event, as Newcastle United actually brought in some new players. OK, they were just replacements for players who had left or were leaving, and the activity was financed by the Cabaye and Debuchy sales, but nevertheless fresh players coming in seemed to allay some of the doom and gloom surrounding Tyneside. However, the discontent with various aspects of the way the club is being run these days was still simmering just below the surface and everyone knew it wouldn’t take much to ignite it again. Add to that the ongoing debate about whether the squad is actually stronger after the comings and goings, and it is clear that doubts still exist. Three games into the new season without a win have backed up what the doubters have been saying. A bad start to the season, but even this still might have bought Pardew some time with the long-suffering United support. However, the one thing we have learned under the current ownership is to always watch out for the traditional kick in the proverbials just when things are settling down. And it duly arrived on Transfer Deadline Day. Fans’ favourite Hatem Ben Arfa was shipped out to Hull City, who may well be our rivals if we are lucky enough to be in the mix trying to “achieve” that coveted 10th place towards the end of the season. Not only that, but Mapou Yanga-Mbiwa – arguably our most mobile and technically gifted central defender was sent off to Roma. So instead of bringing in the striker and central defender the squad is crying out for, the club’s owners actually depleted us in those areas. Now Pardew faces an away game at Southampton next weekend. Defeat there is unthinkable. A result of some sorts must be achieved. However, if United do lose, Pardew will then have to come home and face an unpredictable reception at St James’ Park. And the vistors of course, as fate would have it, are Hull City – and Hatem Ben Arfa. Whilst Ben Arfa cannot play against United as he is on loan, the fans will know he is there – there will doubtless be a reaction from the United faithful and there will also, no doubt, be a few quotes flying around in the media ahead of the game just to spice things up. Some United fans point to the owner’s constant backing for our beleaguered manager as proof that he will never be sacked. However, if things don’t go well for Pardew at Southampton, or at home to Hull for that matter, can a manager actually survive a sustained period of unpopularity to the point where he cannot leave the safety of his “bunker” on match days? Against a background of stewards running around attempting to confiscate banners at games, and adverse media coverage of fans unrest, How long could a situation like that be allowed to carry on? This just came up on wor young 'uns facebook.
  5. Tom there's nowt sensible at the minute mate with Ashley in charge
  6. Gargle with warm salty water CT or you could try sucking a fishermans friend
  7. It'll be another scape goat to keep the heat of Ashley. When Pardew goes the concentration should then shift towards Ashley. As we know he hates the FCB song and banners aimed at him anyway lets see of Pardew first then set our sites on El Gordo.
  8. When he has to get rid of his other mate you can guarantee he'll appoint someone to really piss off the fans on reflection it probably wont be Beardsley.
  9. It'll be Beardsley and getting rid of Pardew is only 2 thirds of the problem we need rid of Ashley.
  10. 8 month ago the 3 stooges were running the club JFK's gone , Pardew's hanging on by his fingernails. It's Ashley's turn soon.
  11. Get your brown trousers on Mr Pardew your going to need them.
  12. Desperation setting in playing unfit players.
  13. Looks like we've got a few problems physio room say Colback calf/shin injury no return date. Also Janmaat has a knock with no return date. Then The Mag a reporting Pardew as saying De Jong will miss the Southampton game and may need a scan on an unspecified injury. Hopefully Tiote will be ready by then otherwise we're in the brown stuff.
  14. Charnley used to fill in the team sheets for the reserves
  15. The thing is this window we are desperate for a named striker shola was gone (I know ) Cisse had a bad injury. Also Remy the guy that scored the goals that saved us from relegation was gone. These new players have played a couple of games together and yeah they can attack but its obvious we are desperately missing THAT striker. Its ok knocking free kicks and corners in for Williamson but if he's got nobody to nod them down to what is the point. Yeah I know he scored one on saturday but do we have to rely on defenders and subs to score our goals. At the end of the day we knew what was needed they knew what was needed and chose to ignore it.
  16. http://www.alcoholfree.co.uk/lagers-c-2_65_67.html @@McFaul there you go young 'un loads to choose from hope this helps
  17. Just wondering seeing as Ben Arfa can't play in the Hull game do you think he even be allowed in the stadium.
  18. The bottom line is he's a shit manager with shit patter (I never wanted him here) whose living on borrowed time as manager of NUFC. Bring on the shit storm.
  19. Beardsley claims that what owner Mike Ashley is doing at youth level is ‘incredible‘ and that ‘Long term, it will be brilliant’. This is why it could be him talk about Mr Brown Nose.
  20. It'll be Beardsley I've thought for a while if Pardew fucked off it'd be him.
  21. Getting beat of Southampton should make for a perfect shitstorm for Pardew for the Hull game.
  22. By all accounts Ashley ok'd the club statement were they said cups weren't a priority etc. This has dictated people wanting to leave the club and the calibre we have since attracted
