We signed players LAST January how dare we expect any players to be signed this time its a fucking joke but its not funny. With the gut feeling being we'll sign nobody the clues are there happy with the league position & a stronger squad than last season. If we were down near the relegation zone we may have seen some spending done but were we are at the minute it's unlikely.

So the short story is 10th place is ok and we probably won't be signing anyone as the squads stronger than last year.

In regard to pay structures the way the club is set up financially I would imagine a move to any other premiership club would see an increase in wages even clubs below us in the league. Also I would imagine there will be quite a bit of interest in the likes of Cabaye, HBA, Krul etc obviously the sticking point will be what others want to pay for them.

Unfortunately that's the way it is now offer a few extra quid (000s) a week and its thankyou & goodnight there's no loyalty there was a time when players would play for 1 or 2 clubs for their career now it's all very mercenary like.
