  1. He tried to give Brighton the reverse kiss of death when that Australian lad came on the pitch at 2-1. He very excitedly said, "he wouldn't would he". No he wouldn't and didn't Beglin you fucking biased ballbag.
  2. Yeah, and the second game is suspended to if and when he gets into trouble again.
  3. 😂 I watched this episode the other night on Netflix. Don't remember the Sausage though.
  4. Storm might be overstating it but they we were letting them get the ball into some dangerous areas, or at least they felt dangerous when the score was 2-1.
  5. I could feel an ulcer forming straight after they scored their goal. I'll be writing a letter to Howe complaining about how long the cunts took to score again 😂 Fucking Steele though, he's the reason that my nerves had nerves for so long. He's a very decent keeper when you take into account his distribution with his feet. As much as I love Pope I think we'll, if not this summer because we have more important areas to concentrate on, then maybe next winter or summer '24 we'll likely go for another keeper with elite distribution. Generally though I can't give enough credit to the lads for holding their nerve and putting on a performance like that. I was worried when I saw how much we were sitting off their midfield at the start of the second half, perhaps due to the yellow cards that Bruno and Joe had, but we weathered their storm thank God.
  6. How's about that then. It couldn't be more poetic than Burn scoring a header of all things against his former club. If Bruno and Big Joe can calm down during half time we should be able to see this through. Of course we have to be wary of Mac Allister and Enciso coming on in the second half.
  7. The question is whether we'll play 4-2-3-1 with Isak as the ten or our usual set up of 4-3-3. It's our right side that we need to be worried about most with Mitoma and Estupinan attacking down it. Almiron, Big Joe and Trippier should hopefully be up to the task of covering the defence on that side if we play the former formation.
  8. Whether he's suspended for Southampton or not doesn't really matter. At least it's against a team who actually have a chance of taking points off them. Then again they might actually play better without him chomping his nashers on the touchline.
  9. Hopefully she's not pregnant and that's just the cheesy chips. 🤮
  10. Sounds like Longstaff won't make this game but is a possibility for the last two. Better than nothing I suppose, but it would have been great to have him for Thursday.
  11. Another question. Was it literally off the back of it? 🤔 🤮
  12. I could be wrong, having only seen it played back once, but I think that's before the ball is played. Evans and or Jones, shifts his/their body after this and plays him onside.
  13. Villa were always the most likely to do us a favour out of Liverpool's remaining fixtures. The problem is that they've only lost once at home all season. Then again even a draw would be a great result. Win against Brighton and I'll be very confident that we'll manage at least three out of Leicester and Chelsea. Draw or lose against Brighton and it will be proper squeaky bum time.
  14. In fairness I think when Salah plays the ball for the second goal Evans pulls his foot back and plays him onside. On the other hand I'd be very surprised if we got such a tight call in our favour if it were against any of the so called top six.
  15. You would hope it was said at least in half jest, but who the fuck knows anymore.
  16. 😂 Gundogan who if he leaves Man City will be one of the top free agents in the world, and who will likely be on 200,000 k a week at the very least, if not much more given his free agent status, would apparently "do a job" for the lads.
  17. Chelsea are supposedly back to being oddly static and lifeless after their win the other week. I'd still rather we didn't need anything from our game against them for obvious reasons, but also, away to Stamford Bridge on the last day would be exactly the time something would click for them. But perhaps that's just my Ashley era pessimism, pamper wearing, non sausage waving attitude getting the best of me.
