Dont click on the link to verify your address. I'd either ring or email (but dont use 'reply') their customer services and tell them youve received the email. Does your email allow you to view additional info about message headers??? hotmail lets me and i get this extra info When was the last time you ran a FULL virus and adware scan?

My sister has a full set of biker leathers with the boots and gloves (and helmet obviously). when shes in them she can barely walk as there so thick and stiff. i'd imagine that skidding across tarmac at 70mph+ would wear through even the thickest of protection.

when you browse the web - your browser stores all the images on each web site in a folder. the idea is that it s quicker to display the images if theyre stored on your hard rather than re-download everything again. so if you delete your cache then it forces your browser to re-download the images again. (btw - images can be smilies, icons, reply buttons - not just porn pics).
