Aye was wondering about that Very decent delivery on that free kick. Anderson ought to have gotten that on target at least -

Just the sort of game you'd expect Lascelles to mess up in. Hopefully Botman keeps him in check. -
Screw that! I'd like to see Trippier lift a cup wearing that Arab black robe thing that Messi got. Let the press choke in their own vomit.

There it is

Should be enough incentive for the club to splurge a bit in January to boost those chances then.

I think most of us have always maintained we want a team that tries. And this lot, from manager down to the last player try their best in every sense. From effort on the pitch to making a connection witht the fans and understanding the history and ambitions of the club. We could hardly ask for more. Top 4 would be great fun but it will have been a fantastic season even if we finish 6th.

A hammering for Chelsea please. Will do nicely to see them finish outside CL spots after the money they've spent. Also Arteta and Arsenal can go screw themselves. City can continue to win titles till we displace them in a few years.

Give them a break lads. I can say that because I've never met a mackem The last few years for them have been possibly the worst any of them could have imagined. When they finally scrap out of league one we get rid of Ashley and get the richest owners in the world. They might have thought there'd be a few years of frustration for us as we attempt to climb out of the Ashley rot. But no As we already mount a top 4 challenge every single one of them knows there's hundreds of millions yet to be spent and a trophy incoming in the not too distant future. Imagine if things were the other way around. Spare a thought...

Chelsea are definitely suspicious. Haven't looked at their accounts or anything but just going by the amounts they've been spending there's got to be something fishy going on there. You'd think their books would have been scrutinized in detail and assessed for FFP risk during the recent takeover though. And they're still supposedly in for Enzo Fernandez for around a 100M.

Aye that's a slightly concerning rumour Probably horseshite. I'd rather just keep Longstaff.
-
How little attention has Botman gotten from the media btw? If VVD had been putting in these performances they'd be wanking themselves silly. Young defender with zero Premier league experience comes in and makes everything look so easy. He's an absolute gem.

They had a lot of posession and we were hanging on a bit of course but there were no really clear cut chances were there? The save from Pope with his leg perhaps? This is bordering on the absurd now. Top 4 challenge is one thing, we've just gone away to the current runaway league leaders and gotten completely under their skin. The effort from the lads was immense again.

Screw the title race man. Top 4 would be an incredible achievement. Was just reading a tweet from a Man City fan on how we're supposed to be in the "Bellamy/Adebayor" stage and still pissing the league. Nobody can make sense of it and nobody knows what to do about it. If we avoid significant injuries we will take top 4. This lot are that good and Howe is relentless. It's freaking magnificent.

Everton last minute loss. Never gets old

Aye Bruno running the show per usual. Tielamans on the pitch but Bruno just looks in a different class to everybody else. Outstanding half all around. Miggy, Big Joe with the runs for Burno to pick out. Willock and Longstaff not doing anything special but making an absolute nuisance of themselves with the press and creating space for others. Wonderfully balanced team and we're missing 2 star forwards
