  1. Ignoring the obvious outright winners, the Hammond crash and and American road trip episodes, which is your favourite Top Gear piece? Mine has got to be the Bugatti vs. plane, but the above are my also-rans
  2. Don't have specific one, but I despise any pub that was good drinker's pub (whatever the class/standard), but gets converted to a low budget microwave chef restaurant that you can just happen to get a drink in.
  3. Might be...is it double reinforced? 6 point locking?
  4. gf's having none of it, sorry lads
  5. You'd have to place an order using a company purchase order no. and arrange an account no?
  6. I was bored, so I made this: * = 1 month in charge --> = off the page .........Fergie********************************************************************* --> .....Mourinho********************************* ........Benitez********************************** .......Wenger********************************************************************* --> .....Allardyce********************************************************************* --> ..........Moyes*********************************************************** .....Redknapp********************************(year at so'ton)**************** ........Coppell****************************************** ...............Jol***************************** ..........O'Neill******** .........Roeder************** ..........Pearce*********************** .........Hughes****************************** .....Southgate********* .......Sanchez*? ...........Jewell********************************************************************* .......Warncok******************************************************************** --> .........Pardew**** ....Curbishley**** ....Boothroyd***********************
  7. "I've got much more important things to worry about than that report. why comment on it in the press then? It's just fish and chip paper now. The cod's been wrapped up in that. not since newspapers were banned by the EU Who gives a monkey's?" professional Glen professional
  8. Is the suggestion that we could actually get him like?
  9. Story sounds made up really 'high placed source' Total dejavu that I already posted that in this thread already Anyway, Owen wasn't £16m in real pennies though was he, as part of his fee was offset against unpaid installments of the Woodgate transfer, so any 'alleged' buyout clause (I don't believe there is one) could realisically be there or thereabouts. I'm quite shocked that he has just 2 years left - did he really only sign a 4 year contract? After the way he sweated out his contract at Liverpool, i'd be more worried about losing him for nowt. The least he could do to prove loyalty is sign a 2 year extension on the original terms.
  10. Get in (even though he's a dirty mackem)
  11. While not at the level of the chanting stated in that article, there were a lot of people I know who definitely said it was time for Robson to go, and plenty of people willing to give Roeder a chance. Keegan out though is an absolute joke
  12. I wish ScotMag would post the links for his stories At the end of the day, one of the following must be true: -this story is made up -Arsene sees something in Parker's current play that we don't -Arsene thinks Parker is not being best used by NUFC -Arsene thinks Parker has had enough of NUFC -Arsene can't judge a player
  13. At the end of the day, Owen is being treated as an asset, therefore slapping an injunction witholding use of our asset is the next logical step I for one never wanted Owen to be treated as an asset, if you buy an England player it's up to you to cover the risks of him playing elsewhere (i.e. for England). He could have easily had that injury playing for us, and I wonder who we would have sued in that case, seeing as it seems we didn't have adequate insurance.
  14. Not been taking the happy pills today then? Takes the piss though really doesn't it? Although probably because he's actually visible in the TV box My happy pills are bottle shaped, and £5/£5-50 for eight, depending on whether the Paki git at the corner shop feels like ripping you off or not.
  15. Eh? 'Allowed to progress to a semi final? Surely that's the nature of cup competition? Competition being the operative word. All ManU had to do was turn up, for a so called 'semi-final'. I would love to see who Watford actually had to play to get this far, and the squads that were put out against them. This has sub-standard competition written all over it. Watford 4-1 Stockport 06-01-2007 West Ham 0-1 Watford 27-01-2007 Watford 1-0 Ipswich 17-02-2007 Plymouth 0-1 Watford 11-03-2007 That's mad/sad
  16. I really really really really really wish Lineker would turn to Shearer and say, "so Alan, as a sad Geordie bastard, would you care to comment on the Man U fans?"
  17. Sidwell is a first team regular at a lower level club. Those above were not. I fail to see the point. That lower league team who are 7 points ahead of us? 'Level' not 'League' I think you'll struggle to find anyone who seriously believes Reading -> NUFC is a step down.

  19. Man U fans so bored they've started the sad geordie bastard song I hope your fucking plane back to Bristol crashes you cocks
