I was pissing myself laughing tbf Hypnotherapists can be dodgey but if they're accredited and don't make any wild promises they can be a massively effective way of breaking past any psychological barriers you've created for yourself. I was contemplating going to a Hypnotherapist to help with dealing with my lack of focus and determination. couldn't afford it though, £40 a session on a students pay is too much 143349[/snapback] i could afford it, have to say its tempting to try it. Im useless 143352[/snapback] mate of mine has the same phobias as yourself, we booked a mini trip to Rome last year ( easyjet thing) so she went to a hypno wotsit for about 5 sessions, drank a bottle of Bachs rescue remedy, had two Temazapan then got right up to the departure gate and couldn't do it. She broke down in tears and ended up getting her son to come and pick her up from the airport ( just after we emptied her bag of the wine she was carrying so we could could share it on the plane ) I think some people just are'nt meant to fly ...

God bless the ma We rang the joe that took us up there an he came back for us so we only waited half an hour ! Mind it felt like 2 hours trying to hide from the wind behind some sort of cowshed affair ( plus my wind-burnt face was really sore ). Kudos to TL for some top class nosh mind and for someone who did not know or like any of the bands she was certainly "giving it some" She will be a bit of a habdful for Mr Adams mind...

the weather yesterday consisted of about an hour of light rain, two or three fifteen minute lash downs, ten minutes of hailstone, ten minutes of sunshine and all topped off with a constant force 6 gale !!! So can anybody tell me how I managed to "sunburn" my face which as this moment in time is the colour of a sun blush tomato Can you get wind-burn ????

well...just got back ...cracking day/night...lashed down , got soaking wet, met up with pp an tl..good laugh . good bands...fun all round
