  1. I train before work before I've woke and realised what the fuck I'm doing Couldn't be arsed after work, just want to get home.
  2. Don't think I'll go that far. Not at the min anyway
  3. That's the thing, it's not as bad as it sounds. Rather than the little and often I've done for as long as I can recall (plus little and often easily becomes a lot and often and shite and often), I'll be eating more but better. Example is instead of a Tuna sarnie, yoghurt, coffee for lunch I'm having 2 chicken breasts, 100g rice and broccoli then some pineapple. Black coffee as well. But yes, burn > consume is the basics of any fat loss but it's also about motivation and getting a routine that fits.
  4. Just started a 8/16 fasting diet. Basically eat good protein, complex fibrous carbs and fats only between 12noon and 8pm. Out with milk from coffee etc as well. Gym 3-4 days a week as norm. Try for a few months and review.
  5. 2 astronauts walking outside it atm as well
  6. Never. I don't know anyone who uses that apart from other clubs.
  7. Olympics coverage was awesome, really was. Well impressed with the BBC for pulling that out of the hat. These were Channel 5 and I can't recall the other. Anyway, opted for MOTD2 as Cath pointed out. BBC is carrying it at the moment! Actually, while my comment was ofc tongue in cheek, I am considering dropping sky. The only thing I would miss is Sky Atlantic. But I'm paying over £70 per month for Sky (no phone or broadband) and its getting harder to justify.
  8. WTF do I pay for TV for? So, my choices tonight. Spazticus, a new show about disabled people in a hidden camera prank sense. Or Mutt Ugly about the worlds ugliest dogs. Decisions decisions.

Then another example of getting the subject to look in to the frame. If his face was pushed to the right of the image it wouldnt work:

This as an example of negative space. Where a huge open plain part of an image in general works:
  11. Look, I know for a FACT what you nursey types are up to. "Yes" i said when asked about cutting the cord. Fucking PAPER SCISSORS! I was on about 5mins trying to cut that. Was gonna use my teeth at one point I sniffled at the birth of my first, went on a bit like. Second was out in a flash but my "oh that was quick n easy" wasn't that well received. I'd have cried then actually, if wor lass connected anyway
  12. Bit like when you have a shite that feels too big for your arse.
  13. Stubbing your toe on a door frame. Puff if you cry, but whimpering is fine imo.
  14. Ok now hang on. I've lost my mother to Cancer which was and is the most horrible experience of my life. I cried. A few times. I've lost a pet ( seen it ram over as a bairn) and I cried. But the two things are on different spheres of anguish. Nowt wrong crying for either but that's where the parallel ends. Dogs don't love you like you maybe love them. But they are faithful but it is pack mentality. This isn't the point though.
  15. I dropped hazard and added Oscar to mine.
  16. Add to that: Lego A million and one toys that serve no purpose than to draw blood and make you try not to swear in front of your kids
  17. Tbf no one is saying he is desperate. But i agree if someone like Chelsea came knocking they can turn his head. Of course we offer a lot compared to some, but not Champions League or 100k pw.
  18. Never cried at football like, always think "get a grip man". Funerals or dogs are a given. I have had a lump I'm my throat at the news before. Death of someone's child typically and they're talking to the parent or something. Seeing the plight of mistreated kids in a documentary etc.

Couple of recent dog pics. I've posted these to add some notes to help others as they show some points Ive made: Note how he is on the left of the picture and he looks in to the frame. Note how his eye is in focus, thats the most important thing in any image of a person/animal. Get the eye in focus. I used a shallow DOF here so you can see his nose is blurred and the background etc. Again, using the rule of thirds, the eye is the focal point and this is 1/3 in from one side.
  20. That exactly. Though a centre half is a must as well.
