Milk thistle (in tablet form) is supposed to be good. But I usualy drink a pint of water and a small glass fruit juice high in vitamin C before (OJ, Cranberry) before bed. That helps me along the way.

Durham for me, my mates are out at the local Wetherspoons from 2 then I'm meeting them in there at a more conservative time of half five before we get the taxi down at six.

Got some decent dvds for Xmas so have been hammering through them instead of watching most of the drivel: Dodgeball Clerks X Ferris Buellers Day Off Scrubs Season 1 Curb Your Enthusiasm Season 1 Max and Paddy: Road to Nowhere

I've heard the first two singles and they did nothing for me. Unless the album comes up with something special I'll just see them as another NME/Jo Whiley wankfest.
